This product was recommended after polyp had to be removed surgically, I've taken every since for good measure when I was told that it's there is a possible reoccurrence. So I use as a preventive measure 2 daily and its been 8 years. May not actually be preventing reoccurrence but it's good peace of mind. Price is nearly 25 % less than any other place I have purchased.

Just started using these over my previous fiber pills and these seem to work much better. I only have to take 2 of these compared to 4 of the other brand. Wish I'd tried these long ago.

This is a great fiber to help with regularity. I suffer from ulcerative colitis and this is the only fiber that has ever worked. I started off with 1/2 caplet for almost 8 years now I take 1 a day. No bloating or cramping
Does not cause gas or bloating as so many other fiber products do.
I tried to give all other items 5 stars because they came and could not help being covered in blackberry jam. Every time I clicked 5 stars they disappeared. I tried numerous times but each time it did not work. So...5 stars for everything but the broken jar of blackberry jam.
