It works! It's a small pill and easy to swallow. At first it seemed odd to take a pill because of the "healthy food" and then I thought isn't it strange to put inside - for various health reasons - all that food that is so hard for the body to digest (even if you turn it into puree first)?

Its a name brand so of course it should work. plus its extra strength so it should work. If it doesn't work for you, you should see a G.I specialist. You may need to have a closer look at your G.I. tract. You can actually feel it cools your belly soon after you take it. It works within 20 minutes tops. The equate brand works well too. I have tried both. Its the same active ingredient.
