GE Profile - Advantium 30" Built-In Single Electric Wall Oven - Stainless steel

This is my second GE Profile Advantium. First, it arrived with only black shiny bottom trim pieces vs stainless to match (note, no pictures of this oven show black trim on bottom). Second, since I was unable to see this on showroom floor I didn't realize it wouldn't match my new Profile oven (new oven window etc has been squared where Advantium has not - I'm guessing I bought before Advantium's pending update?). Third, since the Advantium was a replacement (control screen died on old one) I was surprised that new oven doesn't cook as quickly as old one. It takes longer to microwave my breakfast that I've been eating for years. My appliance dealer has ordered a new trim piece but the fact it doesn't match my new oven and cooks slower than old one is going to bug me. Bitter pill since these are SO expensive!

I have used every feature of this oven, microwave, convection cooking and speed cooking all work well. The installation was easy and it looks terrific. One of the main reasons I bought was to have a second oven as well as a microwave. When I used the convection setting the turntable still needs to turn. I wanted to warm a ham but the weight of the ham caused the turntable to get stuck. Still, all the rest works well. I wish the turntable was more powerful or simply not needed for convection setting.

The time adjuster is out after year and a half and it's not doing anything because everything is related to that item.

I got the Advantium 120 in December along with a new wall oven and Monogram cooktop. My kitchen looks gorgeous and I'm cooking more than I ever have. I still haven't found the time to really explore all of the options of the Advantium. This weekend we'll be roasting a whole chicken in it! The microwave feature is great! Love the "sensor" feature to reheat casseroles and other items. The one thing that I don't like and I had to remove one star is, it's very difficult to reach the back and the back corners because of the drop down door! It should be equipped with a traditional side open door. I'm 5'7 and have long arms and I can't imagine a short person trying to get ti clean. Otherwise, very happy with my purchase.

The features are amazing, it has sensors to determine when foods are done, my favorite being popcorn! It is just about dummy proof telling you which plate to use to cook your food selection. It really is a great oven with so many options on how to cook and warm food from fresh to frozen and everything in between. I definitely recommend this product.
