Within 4 days of taking Goli my blood sugar is lower I’m using 1/2 insulin prescribed. I have experienced noticeable increase in my energy level. Also, decrease in my need to graze snack at night. No stomach trouble perhaps a little less bloating. They taste good too. I have NEVER had a product show such promising good results in such a short period of time if even ever. I’m sold and will tell anyone who will listen.
The texture is okay but the taste is perfect not too bitter like the actual apple cider vinegar drink.

i am very impressed how well these gummies are working. i love how within one week i could feel results. my boating in way down to almost gone! ive even lost 1lb. without even trying or doing any different. i take 2 gummies at 7am 1st thing in the morning on a empty stomach and dont even get hungry until about 12/12:30. And that means ALOT coming from a big girl who likes to eat lol. i have even noticed im not wanting a second helping of food, i highly recommend buying these if you deal with bloat, snack cravings, or over eating. Ive only been taking these for 2weeks and already ordered my second bottle. i almost forgot, the taste is great! i absolutely hate vinegar! yuck! these taste great. no vinegar taste or smell.
Within a few days, I noticed that I had more energy. While the gummies were very sticky and hard to get out of the bottle, their taste wasn't bad, at all. I'm on my second bottle, and have yet to see much of a weight loss….about 5 pounds. I am going to continue taking them for the present and evaluate their worth over time.
Honestly I can't tell if it work I got one from iherb and I felt like it was helping but idk about this one and also it's always sticky …. This is the second time I've ordered and it's the same,sticky like it wasn't stored properly and it's slimy and moist and it's sticking together it's gross but It does taste the same though as the one I got before

I opened the package and there’s liquid all inside of the sealed bottle of gummies. I’m not sure what happened in the packaging/shipping process, but I’m pretty sure they shouldn’t be wet and clumped together. Hopefully I can exchange them and change my review.
Did nothing for me, and was a waste of my money and time. I bought these because they had over 3000 reviews. Now I don't trust reviews anymore. Not the first product I've tried because of reviews, but never again. I spent my money for expensive gummie candies only! Actually, they made me more hungry! Now I'm just H-angry! Try at your own risk. ;-(
Don't waste your money on this. I followed the instructions to a T. Zero, absolutely nothing. Add to that the bottom half is stuck to the bottle so you have to fight to get them out. Only thing good about them was the taste. The after taste not so much.
