This is a beautiful product and the second one I have bought. The first one is on my deck and the second one will be in the house. My husband is going to put it in a block of wood using just the short pole for use on a table or bookcase.
Was sent as a birthday gift to a friend in I'd., she is delighted with the humming bird weather vane .and it got there 2 days early !! She will put it in her garden , until snow Flys !! Lots of hummers comes to her ranch , they know she always has food out for them ..she is very happy with it..thank you .
It looked like something that we would like online but then we received it. It was OK but the item was not put together well and wasn't quite what we expected. For over $100 we felt we would look elsewhere to spend that money on a weather vane we would like better. So we did. Our second one was half the price and much better made.
Very disappointed. This item looks like a child soldered it together. Off a little on one side. Will keep since it will be high and will not be able to see it close. Should have used gold solder..
