I received this pan to review and I am in love! My sons cake came out perfectly, and it worked surprisingly well in my gas oven. I used a little lard and flour to coat the pan once, I was able to get both layers out perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future! This pan is very nice. It is light but not cheap made. It's very pretty. It is so easy to clean. It don't stick at all. It don't scratch easy. I love how easy it is to use. I don't have to grease it or add any non sticking spray to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This round cake pan has a very nice no stick surface. However I scratched it right away with a knife when I cut my food, so while it didn't stick I would advise using only plastic utensils in this pan.
This is such a great baking pan! Cooked thoroughly and slid right out of the pan once cooled. Make sure to hand wash, and this will always be your go to bake dish. Even baking and no stick, with NO chemicals. Love it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Perfect for baking biscuits. Nothing sticks which is a huge bonus. It is lightweight so it is easily brought out from a hot oven.

Cake releases wonderfully, but be careful, we scratched our pan using a knife in it.
3 of my pots are chipping. Is that normal ? My pots are only a few months old. And my square baking pan was used just once last week and I see a chopped area. It's a she because I live how they cook and do not stick.
I love GreenPan pans. I made two very tasty cakes in these round cake pans and they came out very well. My only complaint is the pan seem to scratch and chip easily. So I'm being extra careful.
