I have this light in my windowless office at work. I was skeptical but it really does help battle fatigue. I have thyroid disease and this really helps when I get tired.
I purchased the Verilux HappyLight Liberty Energy Lamp as a gift for my daughter. She is in college in North Dakota and it is winter. She really likes it and says it really makes a difference in how her day goes. She said everyone in a northern state during winter should own one.
Devices like this were recommended by my physician and this is by far the best value I have found.
Wow! Now that is a bright light. I use it while I am playing tug of war with my little dog. We both get the benefits. I don't know if it is really doing me any good but I leave it on for the house plants and THEY love it!
Light is bright but I bought two to make it brighter
the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is a little light and can be knocked over easy. Other then that, it does the job. Sunshine without the sun.
Within a couple of days of using I began noticing a real difference in my energy level which is usually pretty low. Each day I wake up feeling energy to begin my day with and it continues through most of the afternoon. Real Improvement!
I just started using the Happy Light, gave my daughter one a few years ago-she liked it, thought I'd try it. So far so good!
I loved it but after only having it on for a few hours it quit working. I would love to switch it out but they are sold out.
