The plastic top was almost impossible for me to open. I ordered 2, I was only able to open up 1 of them. Soup was really good, I will buy soup again but probably not in this style container.
It was good, over priced but it help me feel better. 😏
I love this soup and purchase it often. I hate the green lid though, very difficult to remove. Will this issue ever be fixed?
Why would a company like healthy choice make the green plastic lid literally impossible to remove. Do you know I had to use a knife and then try a spoon do you know how dangerous this is to us? Why would you make the plastic lid So impossible to remove? it makes no sense when you have to put it back to heat up! Do you realize that senior citizens can never buy the soup because they can't get the lif off! The soup is good however your packaging this is awful! I want a refund for the pain I suffered opening this soup
The green lid on this product is extremely difficult to remove. I have to use a key or screwdriver to remove the lid. Then getting the metal lid off usually causes a mess. It comes off slowly then snaps off at the end. The soup taste good if you can get it open.
Soup is good, but green lid is impossible to open. I had to use needle nose, pliers to get it off.
I thought today would be a good day for soup. It took forever to get the green lid off and the lid underneath isn't that much better! I had to pour it in a bowl which defeats the purpose! These have been made this way for quite some time and I forgot about the difficulty and bought them again! My mistake! Someone may get seriously hurt trying to open these and the company will be to blame!
i quite literally had to use a paint can lid opener to get the green lid off. i scratched up my hands, hurt my knuckles and broke off my nails trying to pull this thing off. whoever thought this lid would be easy to open is actually insane. and not to mention the can lid underneath of it that splashs soup all over me when i tried to carefully pull it off. most brands have plastic peel off lids underneath. TAKE NOTES!!! your soup is good but this isn't worth it. never buying again unless there's a major redesign.
Hello: There is no way to get the green top off. I ended up cutting it off with kitchen shears. I shouldn't have to do that. The people who thought this top was a good idea need to be looking for new jobs. I have 3 more containers of this soup that I think you should reimburse me for! I will not buy any more until something is done about the green top. Once I managed to open the container I dumped the soup into a bowl and microwaved it. It was good.
I see from prior reviews others have had a hard time with this and rather than give some tips on how to remove it you just sent some rote statement that read to me like "We say we care about your concern but really don't." Don't reply to my review like that. Give me some tip on how to open it. Thank you. You said you would share feedback. The other reviews were months ago. No change that I can see. Who ever heard of a soup lid that is impossible to remove?
