It really helps the pain in my lower back. I dont have to take pain pills all the time now..

Worked but only 3-4 hours
We really enjoy this item, the effect that it has on our joints or back. However, the price in relation to the effect is not so good. There is a product called Bio Freeze that accomplishes the same thing or VERY close to same and a LOT cheaper.
Product works well But actual package damage
Received it w an expiration date of 06/2021. An 11 day shelf life. Why? Todays Date is 06/20/2021!!
