Came in great condition, and was a pretty quick and easy to set up. Missing the drain hose and clip that is advertised in the manual for heat pump models, which is annoying. Wish the exhaust hose was longer too, we were hoping to tuck it further in a corner that it can't reach so it takes up more space than we were originally intending, but overall worth it since it is a 4-in-1 and we really wanted Heat and A/C in the same unit. Might have given 5 stars if it had come with the heat pump drain hose and drain clip that are advertised in the manual it came with.
Working good so far. Was missing some rivets but we were able to go to the hardware store and get some. I was kind of worried after I read reviews after already purchasing it. But its been working for us so far
So far so good as I have not been using it that long. I like that it has a remote and does not require draining though at first it did leak some. That seems to have stopped now. It was missing a few parts (screws, part for securing it in place). Fortunately I had other things available to make it work. Hopefully it will continue to work well and that the heater part will work as well also. Other than being a little dusty when I unpacked it, all seems to be good with it.
Do not buy unless you want To pay $300 for a fan refurbished no it should say repackaged after being returned because it was broken.Neither the heat or the air work only the fan returned it and got a second one it does not work either the digital displays are out compressor clanks after running for 10 minutes then it starts blowing heat.
this air conditioner only ran for two or three days and will no longer turn on. I have tried making sure there is no water backed up in it and basically tried any troubleshoot advice I could find to get it working again. I really did not want to do a return because as this was an online order the box that it came in was damaged from rain upon delivery. therefore we had to get rid of the box. hopefully the storm will still return this air conditioner since it is obviously still brand new and Barely Used
It was a refurbished unit, thus it had been repaired, sadly the repair I guess didn't put it through testing, it didn't cool, the blowers didn't function correctly, when switched to the heat mode it tweaked out and the blower stopped, during the cooling function it powered itself off even when not set to the timer mode, I'd guess if it was a new unused unit there wouldn't have been those issues. But that does happen when you go with refurbished.
Came with a wheel missing and the parts to the window broken Not happy at all... NOW I HAVE YO SHIP BACK WHEN I NEED ONE NOW@!!! Angry and hot
