I found this dryer to be very well made, with a nice long cord - unlike others I've had, it felt solid, not flimsy. I found the fan and heat settings easy to use - I didn't even have to use the highest heat setting. The "cool shot" feature is very nice (although the button is not well-marked), and the handle was easy to grip - I have thick, long hair and it takes a while to dry my hair. Overall, a very nice product for a great price.
I purchased this hair dryer 4 days ago. Returned it yesterday. I have short hair, it was taking forever to dry. The heat on this dryer was very terrible. After spending $40 on this dryer, returned it and purchased Revlon brand. Spending a lot less $$$, this dryer works wonderfully. Hope this review helps anyone looking to purchase.
