My other HP printer broke so I got this one. It's not too big and fits perfectly on a small table. What is really cool is if you have the HP printer app(free), you can do just about anything from the app that goes to the printer. I actually just faxed a document from the app to the printer and boom! There is a free trial for fax. The quality of printing is really good and it's a lot quieter than my previous printer. I like the feature that you put the paper through the top and not the bottom. The ink is under a flap (picture added) Honestly, it's a lot easier putting the ink in this printer than my older printer. It snaps in easily! It is a nice printer for basic home use!
This is a great printer at a great price and the 6 month free ink subscription is an awesome bonus. I made an excellent choice with purchasing this printer.
I did not sign up for the Instant Ink program but I love my HP Deskjet 2755e. I was able to connect it via USB after I connected it to WIFI, as the instructions directed. It has never dropped the WIFI signal. I put my WIFI router beside the printer, instead of leaving it on a lower shelf of my computer cart and I also plugged the printer into a wall outlet instead of a power strip. These are 2 suggestions that I found online when I had problems connecting to WIFI. Though HPSmart was easy to use, there was some confusion because I was not familiar with connecting a wireless printer. A little Internet research helped me tremendously, as my info above shows. It wakes immediately from sleep and prints right away. The color is more true-to-hue than my Canons ever were. I did not want a wireless printer. If I had known that the "e" in 2755e meant wireless, I would have bought the 2755. So far, this printer has been working out perfectly and I am happy with my purchase.
THIS PRINTER IS DEFINITELY A 5 STARS!!!! I WILL NOT! sign up for web services or for automatic ink mailing, but have bought a $9 ink refill kit off amzon to exercise my autonomy from corporations jacking people and will fill my cartridges (ink kits on amazon and instructions on youtub) for about .50 cents per fill including the youtube where the guy shows you how to make this inner chamber of the cartrige bigger and install a bigger sponge so you can have more ink per fill (just search yt for "bigger sponge hp refill". I LOVE PEOPLE WHO HELP PEOPLE SAVE!!! especially in this economy. By NOT signing up for web services or monthly ink I'm able to bypass the gistapo making me spend $15 a cartridge and i'll only be spending .50 per fill. google how to bypass web services and monthly ink and how to save BIGGGGGTIME. Oh yea, this printer is beautiful and works great. I LOVE the Himalayan pink!!! It fits in great in my girly décor! Doesn't look ugly and works great. The gorgeous design and refilling my own makes me actually excited to print! WOO HOO!!!! also great price. GET IT!
This is a great home printer easy to set up. Came boxed up very tightly. Very easy set up go to website. You can work your printer from your phone, tablet,and laptop easy transition. pricing very reasonable for the model. I would definitely recommend this product for ease of set up, Pricing and styling. We mainly use the printer for Color prints and legal documentation. We have been life long HP users because of the quality workmanship and reliability. Is the HP desk jet 2755E all-in-one printer is definitely a quality product. Oh I forgot about the colored cartridges purchasing through website you will find automatic refill option very convenient. If you ever have any issues there is a 1 800 number where you can talk to someone at any time.
No complaints at all!! Thank you to the Walmart team for a flawless delivery and kudos to HP for the seamless customer support. Although I’m not the most tech savvy, with the amazing guidance by HP’s customer support, I was able to set up and enroll for HP / HP Smart and Instant Ink. If you have a question or encounter a problem, just contact the customer number. For Insta Ink department it’s (855)785-2777. I’m also thankful for all the YouTube videos out there. This printer uses the HP 67 ink and it’s quite pricey without Instant Ink so I strongly advise you enroll yourselves in that service because not is it super convenient and cheap (monthly subscription ranges from $0.99-$13.99 tax if it applies)—it also does its own cartridge recycling!! Very healthy for the environment and economical for any student like me out there. As for double sided printing, you can just select to print odd-numbered pages then return the pages to print the even-numbered ones (not sure if there’s an easier method if you know drop me a comment). Anyways, the customer support is beyond excellent since they were super patient with me and would walk me through it all. It’s also super cool that you can screen share your device with theirs —with you permission—and let them do it for you. At first I was having trouble enrolling onto Instant Ink but upon recommendation on Wifi Reset, I was able to enroll at last! They have a trial period too so make sure to use that! Cuz man let me tell ya inks are pretty pricey. Instead of spending $15-35 on them, you get to save so much more with the Instant Ink program. So far so good, I like this printer. It’s the Cinnamon colored one but the Teal looks so nice too.
Great inexpensive printer! I like the size and weight of this model. I love that it is only two cartridges: black and tricolor! What I did NOT read prior to purchase is that it does not automatically feed when printing on the back of the paper! I had an HP model that I purchased probably ten or so years ago. I decided to upgrade and just assumed that this model would print on both sides automatically. My fault for not reading. It does not and I have to hand feed the paper back into the printer which is not what I've been accustomed to having to do. I love that I can print from my phone, fax without having a dedicated fax line and all of its features. Unfortunately, I'm unable to print while I'm in bed because it does not automatically print on both sides without operator assistance. I could have returned it but decided not to go through that trouble. I did not want to pay any more money for a printer, which I would have to pay to get one that automatically prints on both sides without operator assistance. Like the older model that I called myself upgrading to get! Again, it's a good buy for the price.
Ive had several printers over the years, but this one was the easiest to setup. I downloaded the HP app and it guided me through the whole set up. No more guessing if I did it right. Now I can print from ny phone as well. I love this printer!
I bought this printer for school work so often the things I print are to study and highlight. Well it doesn't matter how long I wait after printing something, days later, it still smears when I highlight. I even tried wiping excess ink off my printed pages and still smears when I highlight. Ruins my highlighters and smears my work.
Never connect internet to print!!!what ever my iPhone and my laptop all can’t be print out the print order!!!always show printer do not connect internet.
