Free to file but must pay extra for an extension.

The software is easy to use. The only thing I do not like about it, eventhough they give you free submittion, if you file an extension, you have to pay.

Transferred incorrect info

Overall I like the program which I have been using for many years. However, the IRS rejected my 2017 e-filed return because of the incorrect 2016 gross adjusted income that it pulled from last year's return. The number is correct on my 2016 return, but the 2017 program used a different unknown number.

Make sure to watch what you buy this said good for business taxes but after I bought it I find out doesn't cover every business. No Refund either. Never buy this again. Thanks

Product not accurate

I had an issue with the home office and property tax portion of the program. Had to file an extension and was advised to change one of the forms from my mortgage company to make it work. My taxes are still under review, should get a refund since your accuracy review said all correct when it was not.

Poorest HR Block software performance

I bought the (Premium 2017 software) last week to use on my MAC. I can't save my return as I have done on previous years software. I can't close the program as I close any other program on this computer. I am hoping future update will correct these problems soon.

Worst ever

Terrible. Let me e-file with incomplete forms causing huge problems. Never use it again and will get all family and customers to drop also

Never again will I trust Walmart

I always use Amazon and figured I would try Walmart. Huge Mistake. Did not receive an email for the digital download. Walmart acknowledged that and couldn’t get back to me for 48 hours. Asked for a refund. First agent failed waited 3 days. Second agent said he would take care of it. We will see.

Complicated software

Confusing. Navigation is terrible. It seems everytime I go back to change anything it makes me walk through all the previous steps. Finally figured out how to avoid that. The GUI looks like it's from the late 90's. I'm pretty sure it did not calculate the tax right. For testing I put in a high number as income and it still said I didn't owe any tax. I ended up printing it out and doing my taxes manually comparing the results from this software. I'll prob get a letter from the IRS soon. Nice thing is that I get +5% refund card to Amazon. A lot of the core functionality seems to be there but the software needs some serious help from a users perspective.

Very unhappy

I bought this program that advertised the ability to prepare 6 tax returns. On October 15 I submitted my 6th return for e file and got a message I had exceeded my efile limit!!!!!I WAS NOT WARNED!!! I HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO FILE A TIMELY RETURN!!!!I. WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW 6 TAX RETURN BUT ONLY EFILE 5!!!! IM DISGUSTED!! COULD NOT FIND HELP ON YOUR SOLUTION CENTER AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH A LIVE PERSON, ON OCTOBER THE 15TH !!!!!! NO EFILE SUPPORT!!!@
