I've had my windows phone for about 6wks now . My husband and I both got the same phone. He copied me, lol, but I'd have to say it's the best phone I've ever owned. I was sceptical about how well this unlocked phone would work with my carrier ( S.T), but everything is working well. The only setback/problem is with the apn info being added. I've tried to enter it, went to YouTube and Google to ensure I was doing it right, but my phone still will not save the codes and I still can't send or receive picture text or attachments with my text messages. But overall I love the many apps available, and the whole look of the phone. It's definitely a keeper!!
I love the phone, my only complaint is with sending pictures from this phone. I can't send pictures and I can't receive pictures. Trying to get help to fix this problem is imposable . I am still trying to fix this problem and then I will be very happy with my new phone .
while the phone is unlocked it comes in an AT&T box, and when you turn it on it has the AT&T symbol and apps on it. I signed up for service w/ T-Mobile. While it sends texts, it cannot send texts with pictures. The phone software will not save new APN information which may solve the problem, making it work with T-Mobile. (I will update if this if fixed, however it is not clear whom to go to for help) However, it is a nice phone in general.
