Happy with the bikes bought 2. They were already assembled which was great. Ordered and received same day. I am very unhappy with the delivery. They were dropped of at the wrong home. A picture was taken and was not my home. Canvas neighborhood found bikes in a walkway. Knocked on their door to let them know I was there and these were my bikes I was go to retrieve but no one answered the door. They had a ring doorbell and I left a message on what I was doing on the ring (hopefully they got it) the house was down street but I don't know them and this could have been detrimental to my life if this had gown another way. Consumers need to be CALLED before driver leaves the premises.
The bike is great! The Walmart home delivery, not so much. They delivered it with scratched leather, frame and ripped stickers. Because store assembled, arranging exchange was impossible.
I had no idea that I had to join the different parts of the bicycle to make it work. I had the thought that it would come in a fixed, rideable condition. So, I had no idea how to fix that properly and would not want to take the risk. Also, I went to a bike shop, and they said it would take 100 bucks to make it fully rideable.
It was good weather. I decided to go for riding new bicyle to Vancouver Lake, which is 9 miles from my apartment. On my way back, the gear was broken. It was making noise before. I thought it was fine. Front gear switcher was broken. I could not pedal it anymore. I could not drag it neither. I used Uber for ride home. Uber driver said I could not put my bicycle. The car was small. He told me to leave the broken bicycle and just to go home on the car. Well, it was only 3 days old bicycle. I could not throw it away. I told him. I am going to take the bus home. What I did not realize at tat time was, in west side of vancouver, bus stops operating at 7PM. And it was 8PM already. So.... I had to walk about 4 miles with the bike on my back. It took me 2 hours to get home. What a good workout.
I've had a lot of bikes in my life, but I haven't seen anything like this. To start it off, adjusting the brakes was a nightmare because the front wheel is bent. After accepting this, since it's a $100 bike, I started riding it. After 20 minutes, the chain broke. I was lucky enough to have a bike repair shop at walking distance, where I got the chain replaced. As all of this wasn't bad enough, an hour riding the bike later the peddle broke. This time, I was not so lucky because the bike shops had closed. I had to walk that piece of garbage all the way home like an idiot. Now I'm stuck with this bike with one peddle. I'm debating whether I'll get it repaired, because no doubt if I do, a minute later something else is gonna break down.
They gave me a broken piece and I realized it after reaching home
The bike came with 2 flats the front and back tire then not only that after giving the back tire some air I went to do the same for the front and the seal for the front tire was completely off really needed the bike for work but now have to spend more money because of this and had to call off I should’ve got a warranty on it but I didn’t need the bike long just a now thing
unusable - I bought this for my husband as an early fathers day present. He assembled it today with some issues as the instructions weren't adequate only to discover that the back wheel is bent which basically renders the bike unusable. The rim is so bent that it hits the brake as the wheel turns. I will attempt to connect with customer service for a new wheel but definitely disappointed.
It could be that I received a special substandard product... I just put it together and during a test ride I noticed that the front wheel of the bike kept hitting my feet. Later, I found out by comparing with other bicycles that the distance from the front wheel to the pedals of my car was too short. The photos are mine comparing with other bikes. I'm about to apply for a return.
Came with a missing rear caliper brake adjusting screw which is needed for rear brakes to function correctly. I don’t know how to contact for a replacement. So I can’t give a full review if it doesn’t have safe breaking.
