It's awesome with salad
I bought this imitation crab meat as I am dieting and enjoy a quick and nutritious lunch. I have had gastric sleeve surgery and I used to only find the imitation pieces and had to shred them myself in order to achieve the right consistency for salad. This is so easy and scrumptious! Just open, mix with light mayo or light miracle whip, chopped onion and chopped celery. Fantastic! My husband loves it on crackers!

I stir in a bit of mayonnaise, chop a few onions and celery, grab some crackers and pig out. Stays with me as I do heavy physical work during the day. At dinner time, I have been known to top my garden salad with any that might be left over from lunch. Just haven't found a recipe I can use it in for breakfast., but I'm working on that.
This tastes good. It's flavor doesn't taste fishy. Best I've had in years
I've had imitation krab meat on Chinese buffet. I found this product to be consistent with the taste and texture. Easy to incorporate in my meal. I'm not a vegetarian nor vegan but I enjoy this without missing actual seafood. Not high in salt either and protein is decent as the calories are pretty light for more consumption (more protein). I will buy this again.
