[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me say this i have own many pressure cookers from Crock pot - Hamilton Bay and Ninja the Instant Pot Max Pressure Cooker 9-in-1 with 15PSI, 6 Qt is the best so far it cooks so great my meats come out so juicy and tender. It's a Great pressure cooker i love it.
So far so good. Bought it to do pressure canning but haven't used for that yet. Made some great beef stew with it.
I needed to ensure more vegetables in diet and purchased this Instant pot after seeing reviews and recipe videos on YouTube. The instant pot makes producing fresh foods easy. Programming the device is quick and simple and once set start, just a short wait and done. Meats can be prepared and is so succulent and tasty, l eat more than should. This device is a cooks must have.
I bought this model to replace my original 6qt IP that I have used for over seven years. I chose it for the Sous vide function not realizing I could use it for pressure canning. It is so easy to use! Sometimes I have a small amount of food I want to can but do not want to drag out my big canner. It allows four pints and you can set it and forget it unlike my big canner that requires me to babysit it. It does make me jump when the automatic pressure release happens but I can live with that. I make the best meals with my IP! Tender meat, one pot meals and soups are all a breeze. Get it, you will not regret it!
So far I've made the best pulled pork I have ever tasted. Super easy to use. I purchased it specifically for the canning feature, but haven't used that yet.

This pot is so easy , fun and can do so much! I can't believe how fast it cooked wings , and I can can my salsa , do beans ! Etc….. Easy to Clean! I Love it!!!♥️

This is a truly awful product. I got 6 burn errors on the last meal that I made with this. Each time I stopped the cooking, stirred it, checked the seal, and added liquid. Anything other than soup results in a burn error for me. When you get the error, cooking stops, then you release the pressure, check everything and the wait for it to come to pressure and try again. Honestly, a slow cooker might have been quicker as many burn errors as I got. I bought the unit less than a year ago and it is pure garbage.
