I don't have and I don't want i-Tunes. My computer, with Audacity, does not recognize the settings. Therefore I donated it.
Shortcomings: Some breaks between cuts aren't right, and volume control is something I haven't mastered, yet. Advantages: I'm playing my old albums in the car now. This thing works pretty much as advertised, and for 50 bucks you can't complain (given that there are toys out there costing $300 that do the same thing). I am a happy musical camper.
