If you have dry heat in your home this product seems to do a very nice job of supplying the correct (selectable) amount of moisture into your bedroom or room of choice. It's fairly quite on low settings and emits a very faint soft blue light which I only notice in the dark. The noise is what I consider "white" noise and can be used to wipe out other noise that might keep one awake. Bottom Line is that the humidifier works well and I would recommend this product.
Just bought this unit and like it very much. It is very quite and performs as described. I am concerned about what other reviewers mentioned regarding filter replacement and how difficult it is to find a new filter when the time comes. But for now I am very happy with this unit...
I was pleased with the design and quiet operation of the humidifier. My only disapointment was there were no replacement filters available to purchase nor do I have a clue as to where to go to buy them.
It works well, its very quiet, only complaint I have is the air that blows out is as cold as the water temp. Just don't point it your feet, I suppose. Great product all in all.
I recieved this humidfier as a Christmas gift. We have searched relentlessly for replacement filters, like everyone else I have been unsuccessful, in stores. However, there is hope for those that plan ahead. manufacter has replacement filters available. I would not let the not finding the filter in stores deter me from this product. I use this product daily and what a difference it makes. It is two feet from my bed a it doesn't interfer with telephone calls, tv, or sleep.
The product is very good but replacement filters are very hard to come by. Something has to be done about that!
Product works great, but replacement filters are HARD to find
This product is very quiet, hardly know it's running. A bigger water tank would be nice, but then would be a lot heavier.
This humidifier worked ok for the first day. The 2nd day, it started making loud noises and blowing out large droplets of water. It soaked my carpet in a matter of minutes. It took days for me to get my carpet dried out. I returned this unit ASAP.
Perhaps this was the "lemon" of the bunch, but we were not pleased. The product's tank leaked from no visible crack and sprayed water out on the floor during its operation.
