My 2 year old is obsessed with bulldozer's and this didn't disappoint! This is a little old for a 2year old which I knew before purchase, at this time he can't use it independently. He's happy just to sit on it with the hard hat it came with. I had toyed with the idea of getting him a battery operated police cruiser but pictured my mom and mother-in-law trying to chase my son down the street in it. This can be used in my fenced in backyard. As soon as everything thaws, we'll be out there daily using it.
Not difficult to put together. Three year old LOVES it. Wish they came in adult size.
My oldest son is a heavy equipment operator as was my father who taught him. They both operate a CAT bulldozer and I was searching online for a 6-12 volt quad rider for my 3 yr old grandson when I came across this. I got so excited I called my son immediately and told him about it. It was twice as much as what I was going to spend, but my son said he would go in on it with me so I ordered it. It is adorable and even comes with big fake boulders for the bucket to pick up. My grandson loves it. It is very well made with thick heavy plastic. I also purchased the 3 yr extended warranty for it. It has 2 controllers that both pushed will move you forward in a straight line. Use one or the other and it will go forward either right or left and when pulled back it takes you in reverse the same way. I am so glad I bought it even if it was a bit spendy.
I bought this for my grandsons 3rd birthday. It's perfect and he loves it. It goes plenty fast for him, only took him about 10 minutes to figure out the steering, moves great over both the driveway and the yard, and he loves putting the fake rocks in the bucket, moving them around and "dumping" them in a new spot.
Got for our 2 year old for Christmas. I'm sure he will love it. Seems awesome already!
I don't like the steering handles feel like they're going to maybe break at some point, makes me worried. But other than that it is SO cool. Hard to drive my kid is only 2 so definitely probably better for 3+ but he's learning and he is obsessed to be a real Workin man!
Hi, the assembly kit is missing the sleeve to secure the bucket. PleSe let me know how I can obtain the sleeve. Otherwise, it's working great and our little one got over initial hesitancy pressing the pedal and is having fun. We can't wait to add the final important piece. Robert
Purchased for our grandsons 3rd birthday gift. After my son in law assembled it my grandson was so excited. We had it charge the time that was indicated and that worked well. The problem is after an hour of use in broke. So very disappointed and heart broken for him. Will be returning it. We will try it again as he loved it and it looks just like his pop pops machine. Hoping there is no problem with the return.
I had bought this for my son for Christmas. It worked for about 5 mins and then only turned one way. I returned it to the store and got another one just to find out after we charged it for 12 hours it does not work at all!!!!! I'm am one very unhappy customer!!! My son has been disappointed twice once on Christmas and then the day after!!!
I purchased this for my sons fourth birthday! Sadly it lasted a whole two months before breaking. The wires in the joysticks shorted out and the battery wouldn't power it. My husband fixed it, and it held for another month before it broke again. We've owned many peg pergo and power wheels and this is by far the worse.
