We bought this for our 2 1/2 year old and it is PERFECT! I will leave this in the living room because it is very cute and looks expensive :). It is not bulky, so is great for smaller spaces ....... would recommend this one. They were actually out of the pink one when I ordered the silver one, and I am glad they were .... JUST WISH they made the refrigerator to go with it.
I bought this for my two year old son for x-mas. he loves it, right away he started playing with it, washing his hands (cute how the nops turn) then he put some pans in the oven and turned to me and said don't touch its hot! I Love the look for a little boy, I just wish they made a refrigerator to match . It was easy to put together, I put it together by myself I could have used a second set of hands for the doors but I got it done by leveling them with some of the Styrofoam that came in the box. I would recommend this
we just gave this to our daughter for christmas. she LOVED it instantly. well, after the double take of looking at mommy's stove, then hers, then mommy's, then hers...and went right to cooking! easy to assemble. very clear directions. love the clicking when she turns the knobs. very cute kitchen. just the right size.
LOVE THIS KITCHEN! We got this for our 18 month old for Christmas! She loves it & is good height. She can easily reach the top of it! And, my four year old can also play with it comfortably. All wooden nice quality. Great price for the product. My husband and I decided it was the best deal we got this year! Both girls play with it every day!
purchased the silver retro kitchen for our two year old daughter's birthday. although we thought it was a little on the spendy side, for our money, and the look on her face, it was a complete homerun and worth the cost. although the assembly is time-comsuming (about an hour), it is very sturdy and well made when assembled. the size is perfect - doesn't dominate our small play area - and it's just right for her. she loves the dishwasher (which doubles as dish storage), the oven (more storage), and the storage drawer which we use for storing her play food. she spends hours washing, cooking, and pretending. the color scheme will allow us to use it again when our newborn son is old enough to pretend-play in a few years. would highly recommend this to other parents.
Very cute, be prepared, assembly will take longer than you expect, couldn't believe I was using the correct bolt to attach the faucet it went on so hard! Holes in receiving piece should be slightly larger as it was hard to line some of the pieces up, the screw didn't "snag" the receiving holes on pieces where you were lining them up by feel.
Santa brought this kitchen for my 3 1/2 year old son this year. He loves to cook. He loves it. Its one of his toys he plays with everyday. I assembled it in about 30-45 minutes by myself. The quality is great and it looks just so darn cute. Its not huge like those plastic kitchens so you dont need a lot of space for it. The bottom draw holds all the food santa brought as well. It has great storage space for all the utensils and pots and pans. Overall it is a very sturdy kitchen and would recommend it to all. Its great for all the little boys out there that like to cook and help out in the kitchen and there isnt a touch of pink on it at all.
My kids love this. I have it in the corner of our breakfast room and the kids love to pretend play that they're cooking at the same time as me. They love that the silver color is just like the silver appliances in our real kitchen! Totally the best design I've seen.
I purchased this kitchen for my 5 year old niece and she loves it! The silver finish looks just like mommy's kitchen appliances! The "oven" door opens up like a real oven, and the cabinet under the sink is great for storing her play food and dishes. I would recommend this to my friends who have little girls.
I bought this kitchen for my daughter for Christmas. She is only two and was so excited. It is small enough that it doesn't take up too much room, but big enough that they have plenty to play with. I love the retro silver color too. It doesn't stand out in our living room, it just looks like part of the decor. It looks more realistic this way. I just wish this set came with a little matching refrigerator. My only complaint is some of the pieces had paint missing on the edges where it rubbed together. Overall I believe my daughter will love it for years to come and it seems like it will last for even more.
