Good honest product
I found the powder to be much more effective. The pills created more gas and they did not cause the same dramatic effect that the powder does. Easy for travel purposes. I also thought when I did not want to mix the powder in the shaker cup I would go with these. Not the same efficacy.
No different than any other products containing psyllium fiber. Wont buy again will stick to Swiss Kriss.
