I received my replacement monitor and I wanted to say thank you! I did not expect to receive the newer model and I am super impressed with the quality. So many great features and easy to use. I am grateful for the replacement now I can sleep at ease knowing my is safe.
This monitor has everything I need. A big screen that stays charged all night, good picture, good sound, and a temperature reading. I recommend it.
I went through 2 different brands of baby monitors before I purchased the levana alexa and let me tell you it is the top of the line. The picture is so clear and the sound is amazing. I never have to worry about my baby being in another room since I bought this.

A family member purchased a Levana camera over 6 years ago and was very happy with the product . They recommended looking at your cameras after our son was born. I purchased the Alexa camera and was so happy with it that I purchased a second one for Grandma and Grandpa's house. The monitor is very simple to use even in the dark. I wish the night time video feed had clearer resolution as we only use the camera at night. We tried a wifi camera that had a great nighttime picture but was unreliable because the camera would disconnect from the wifi sporadically. Thanks for a great product.
This is a low key screen display baby monitor that fits with the price. The camera does not move automatically and must be positioned in the spot you want to leave it. The quality of the picture is decent but not great. The size of the screen is awesome and the buttons and controls are sturdy and easy to use. We purchased this as a replacement monitor as our more expensive one finally stopped working after two years. There is better on the market but there is certainly much worse.
I recently bought this & so far so good! The video quality is about what I was expecting (which is avg). But the unit works as it should. I really like the size of the screen & the range. Best part is the power save function. The unit will turn off after about a minute & then automatically turn back on when sound is detected. There are even 3 level for sensitivity. I find that this works really well. There is also the option to just have sound without video. All in all I am happy with my purchase. We shall see if this unit holds up over time.
This is our second time purchasing this monitor and we love the video quality, decibel visual monitor for sound, temp gauge + not on wifi. Unfortunately our first one no longer charges and this second one can no longer charge b/c the pins are now bent, just 6 months in. We only charge it once a day so I'm surprised by this. I literally got it and had it set up in the kitchen when the camera stopped working randomly.. sound was good but couldn't see anything I am very disappointed I had to return it.
I bought this camera thinking it would be great. The camera just doesn't adjust well. Makes it difficult to see inside the crib. I'm going to be returning it.
