Ive always been a lincoln logs fan, so its no surprise that i loved the Mountaintop Hideout Lincoln Log playset!!! It has easy to follow instructions, that my 6y old was able to follow. Lincoln Logs still look great and i love that its real wood, which i think adds to the fun. Also they are very versatile, so its easy to come up with other things to build! Overall i give this playset a mom approved A+.
I bought this for Christmas for my 4 yr old grandson. He loves it! He had to open it right away and start building with it. I love the metal container the logs come in, much better than a box that will fall apart. And the logs seems to be very sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone that has a child who loves to build and has a good imagination. Very pleased with the purchase.
I received this Lincoln Log toy set and I could not wait to play with these with my children! They look just like the original Lincoln Logs! My kids absolutely loved playing with them! We followed the picture directions and built what the pictures showed. My daughter who is five years old followed the pictures pretty closely and did a fantastic job! I do wish the logs were easier to stay put but I guess that's the purpose and how you play with Lincoln Logs. I loved these and so did my children I would recommend these!
This definitely brings back memories! Great set. The tin made me super happy. I was afraid that I would have logs all over my house but pleasantly surprised that I could just toss it all in the tin. The suggested age for this is 3 and up but my 5 year struggled at first to grasp this and the concept of alternating the longer pieces with the shorter and corner pieces. In my opinion, the average 3 year old that can not use this seamlessly. That being said, my boy loved!. Great activity to get children away from the TV and tablets. Added bonus, if your child is new to the log sets, there is a guide that gives step by step instructions with building.
I like that the tin is so easy to store the logs .
I am reviewing the Lincoln Logs Mountaintop Hideout building toy. This set comes with three toy figures including a cowboy, an outlaw, and a bear. My four year old son loved the figures, and they really captured his imagination. The set includes logs made of real responsibly sourced maple wood. My husband loved building with my son and I have attached photos of the buildings they created together. This toy provides a great outlet for creativity and fun and I would highly recommend this toy!
The logs are well made and the children have really enjoyed playing with this set.
Bought these for my great niece and granddaughter. Also bought the sets with the pink accessories. Gave my granddaughter a big tote with my son's Lincoln Logs from the mid 1980s. Timeless fun and creative learning.
