Bought for my granddaughters birthday and she really loves it. does everything they said. She enjoys playing in and she can adjust it as she gets taller.
My grandbabies love this goal. They are 2 and 5 and the height is perfect fro them both plus it can be extend as the grow which is a plus. My only problem is the lock that open to allow you to extend it keeps falling off.
I don't have any issues with the product at all. It was the easiest thing to set up.. I waited for my husband to get home to set it up thinking it was going to be hard but he put it together in 5 minutes. You don't even need instructions. The only reason people may need instructions is for the net but that's simple as well. My daughter who is really petite for a 2yr old absolutely loves it. Although she can't reach the hoop (we got this one intentionally so she can work on her shot and have it for longer). She likes for daddy to pick her up so she could dunk and clap after she's made it. In addition my husband and I have figured out a new way to settle who's doing what "take it to the courts" . Long story short this hoop is fun for the WHOLE FAMILY. A definite buy for your little one!!!
I probably spent way too much time researching these little basketball hoop sets for my kids, but i wanted something that would last, was easy to assemble, and could adjust as they got older - this was perfect! I was also able to find it @ Walmart cheaper than Amazon or other websites and i was able to pick it up at a local store the same day. I was able to put it together in 15 minutes b/c everything snapped together. The hardest part was having the patience to thread the net on the hoop. Both of my kids loved it Easter morning and have been playing with it ever since. The lowest height of 4' is perfect for both kids b/c it challenges the 2 year to throw the ball up at the basket and not just dunk it like he does on another toy that has a hoop attached. I can raise it quickly and easily for the 4 year old and as they both get older. I would recommend this item for any parent looking for a basketball hoop set for their kids.
Love this item, got it for my 3 year old son for Easter. It is good quality, an very easy to assemble. He loves it. You can adjust the height of net so perfect for his size now an it will grow with him. Perfect. I would recommend to others
Brought this for my children and they love it. My nine year old plays with it with her younger siblings.
My co workers and I bought this to keep the office life a little more exciting. It has met our expectations. The only thing I will note is that the net is constantly falling out of the holes, but nothing a little super glue cannot fix. And for those who have children, we just recently had bring your kids to work day and the kids loved it. The hoop held up great for all the slam jamming we had going on.
Anything with a ball! The 3 yo boy took to it immediately while the girls, 5 & 8, wanted to take it over. They all loved it. They immediately wanted to raise it higher to increase the challenge. It is so easy to adjust that the kids could handle it alone. They would not let me put the sand in the base so they could move it around. It was not too top heavy without the weight but I will add the weight for the long term. No negatives so far.
This poor rating is not really about the product, it's about Walmart. This was purchased as a birthday present. When opened at the party the first thing noticed was that the ball was missing. Then I noticed how dirty the backboard was. There were also several large black scuff marks on the post and base. Embarrassing! Had obviously been played with quite a bit and then returned without the ball.
This hoop does not stand up straight. It is tipped forward slightly. Our neighbor has the same one and it was tipped forward but I thought it was because they didn't take care of it. Nope, it tips forward straight out of the box. It is designed to fit in a box, not to be a basketball hoop that is square. I am picky about my hoops. I do not need it to be easy for my kids, that is what the height adjustment it is for. I am unhappy because this is a USA product and I spent lots of time trying to pick the right one. Dang.
