If you Love UNO, Rummy %26 a Levels Challenge, This is 'Your Game' !!! Have a Good Score Keeper %26 have some Fun!
Fresh out the box! Interestingly enough, I'd been playing this game on my phone with the computer and thought I need tu get this for the family to play in real life, Years ago it used to be the other way around. You play with the cards in your hand and then there might be an app to try out! Well, nowadays, it's the other way around. You might play on the app and then wanna grab the game in person. I got these for my husband's birthday and we all enjoyed fun rounds of phase 🔟. Our oldest teenage son won the game. Overall, we all enjoyed it as a family game and I kept score on my phone's notepad. We came back a few days later to pick up where we left off on the game bc it ran long and the kids were ready for something different. First round was about an hour and a half up to phase 7 for the first place person, and then anther half hour on the day that we got back to it. Lots of luck and strategy. Tons of fun play in person bc you know the computer isn't rigged. That's the part that is frustrating for the app. I think it is sometimes rugged!! The card game at least you know it was lock of the draw along with the strategy used to get to the win!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Christmas 2023, i looove it sooooo much!
This game is so much fun to play with two people or 6 people! So challenging and exciting. My whole family loves it. I bought it for a gift to my daughter and her family and then bought one for my home.
Tried about 5 newer games while on summer vacation until we found a classic in the drawer. Phase 10 is perfect game that's easy to learn but you can also improve your strategies to gain an advantage. The phases have a way of evening play out and making most games very close. Bought this one for a gift. They also enjoy the game now.
I bought this after getting out of the hospital to play with my boys while I recovered. I used to play for hours with my grandparents and even made it in to a drinking game when I was younger. My 17 year old already knew how to play but my 8 year old was able to catch on with the first few phases and is constantly begging me to play with him. Definitely an age appropriate card game that encourages some thinking and some skill. Phase 10 is so entertaining and so fun! Will always play this game if given the chance!
My family loves this game! We love it so much that we have to buy a new deck 4-6 months. We play this game nightly. We have gone so far as to make our own rules at times. I know for a fact that each of my family members has at least 3 decks of Phase 10 in their house. Phase 10 will forever be our go-to game.
Perfect game to play with family %26 friends who want to play something competitive but don't want to set up 1000 board game pieces and strategize for 5 hours
There is only one set of 10 phase challenges. You'd think they'd do at least one more set of the 10 phases. So it's gets a little boring if you play a few times in a row like I did.
I LOVE this game! My family plays it all of the time. Brings it everywhere we go. However, this new design of phase 10 is too obnoxious. The skips and wild cards don't say skip and wild, and the symbols are big and clumpy. The biggest thing that made me write this review is the phase 10 list cards. Instead of saying set of 3 and run of 4, it says AAA + ABCD. My family had to figure out what it was saying and it was hard to count the run cards and figure out how many cards are in the wanted run. And kind of a side note for all the uno games. The cardboard boxes break too easily. I think they should all be in the metal tin box for more durability.
