This little grill is a ridiculous deal. i have seen and used a lot of small gas grills, and for $20 this baby is fantastic. Fold out legs and an electric starter make this a great value. The push button elelctic lighter actually works, unlike many full size grills ive used. This portable model isnt going to get up to a real hot temp, but for what it its, it's an awesome deal.
After reading all the reviews, I felt I couldn't go wrong giving this a whirl. Being tight on cash, this was an amazingly cheap way to spice up my summer/spring outdoor cooking. I've used it 3 times in the last week and it's freaking awesome. Starts right up, cooks and warms food perfectly. Of course, it's gonna have a drawback, and that would be the thousands of pieces to put together. But it;s well worth it!
Very surprised how well this grill cooks.Bought it to cook burgers and hotdogs before and after sporting events(tailgater). It works very well for that and its portible.Thought I'd try it at home and very surprised how well it cooks.I've not used my full sized grill yet.I've used it roughly 16 times within the 4 months I've owned it.If your looking for something cheap and very useful,this is it.Don't expect it to last but a couple of years under hard use,but for the occasional user,it should last for years. It was a bit of a pain to put together,the small nuts were kinda tough for me to get started. Would also liked to have a drip pan for it . Would be a nice addition to add to it from factory. Overall,would buy this.
It's cheap, and will last you a season of grilling. Beyond that, it falls apart. Basically a disposable grill, but for the price, it's worth it! Great deal I think!
I live in an apt with a small patio, so I needed something to accomodate the space, and I needed something that I could use often, since I love to grill. I don't have a lot of dough, so the price seemed more than fair. My sister also has had one for several months, and she's used it very often and has had no problems with it. I've had this for not even a month, and have used it several times already--at least 6 or 7. It seems to be holding up well. It arrived on time, and assembly wasn't too bad. Let's just see how long it lasts...
My wife and I got this grill in March last year for the boat, we only expected $20.00 worth of grill, but let me tell you... we used it 3-5 times a week and not for burgers or dogs, WE COOK ON IT!!! T-bone, skirt, all kinds of meats, and yes maybe 1 or 2 burgers and dogs. We are from Argentina and all we do is grill. I am getting another one this season (don't need it but for that $$) don't pay to clean it! She's even made pizza on it!! DO NOT PASS THIS ONE OUT!!!! GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY GRILLING!!!!
We bought this grill for our camper. It folds down perfectly to fit in our storage compartment. We have cooked everything from hot dogs to steaks and it works great. My husband even grilled shrimp and is was perfect. We have had it for 3 years now, using it about 3-4 times a month. On our last trip out, the burners gave out and collapsed, so we are going to buy another grill just like it. $20 for 3 years of use...what more can you ask for??!
We bought this grill for a weekend trip on our boat. IT WORKED PERFECTLY!! We cooked steaks, pasta, and made coffee on it. It folds up nicely, and it was CHEAP! The flame was easy to control. I definitely recommed this grill for anyone looking for something for a trip. I wouldn't recommed this for a daily griller, but with occassional use it has worked out nicely.
I was looking for a portable grill, as my husband and I do a lot of camping. Our previous portable grill was not nearly as sturdy. This grill was easy to assemble, and I like how the legs fold under for easy transporting. The overall size of the grill is perfect for 2 people, so if your a family of 4 this might not be the best travelling grill for you. I would recommend this grill, the quality is excellent and the performance is good. I wish it were a little hotter, but its OK the food just takes a little onger to grill.
my husband bought this grill 3 years ago for a fishing trip with his buddies. it worked great , little enough to put in storage on a camper. we are looking at buying another one to take on family camping trips.
