We were one of the first to get Mifold from the Kickstarter last year. We originally used it for our holiday in Florida - life changing compared to the big seat we used to carry around. See the picture, it just slips into a backpack. But then he wanted to use it all the time. Now we a buying another one for my parents. They see him every couple of weeks so it's convenient to keep it in the trunk. Highly recommended!

The mifold booster seat is a great product. Not only is is is extremely easy to use, but its portability is what sets it apart. Its compact size makes it a great option for traveling or switching between cars. Moreover, as a working parent, it is great to know that I can put it in her backpack and that she always has a safe booster seat in the event that someone else needs to pick her up. I look forward to buying more for family and friends.
This seat was a tremendous help when we traveled. I packed it and when we arrived at the rental car counter, we popped open our booster seat, and had the child safely strapped in! Easiest trip ever!!
This is a great seat for needed situations. I wouldn't use it as the daily car seat but I needed for for the rental car after the plane. It's also convenient for family cars if they just want to take a trip to the store real quick with my son. It is a bit complicated for others to use, my family can't figure it out. My son also likes that he has more freedom in this seat but he isn't really ready for that much freedom either. He did try to turn out on his knees to take pictures out of the back window.
The mifold boaster seat is amazing! No more troubles traveling or picking up grandchildren when you are on a hurry! In an instant is ready to use and I know that my grandchildren are comfortable and safe, I no longer need a bulky car seat. I am definitely recommending this item to my grandparent friend because its fantastic!.....Robert

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when I saw the size of this booster, but I am actually thoroughly impressed. I buckled my daughter in and set it up, it pulls the strap to the perfect setting so it is not choking her or across her face. It secures the lap belt just right over her lap. I was afraid it would be uncomfortable because of the size and lack of padding. My daughter had a different story. She said it was extremely comfortable and she feels like she could go on a long trip in this seat. The gel pad for the seat must form comfortably while riding. With all of that being said, if you had to go on an airplane, this thing is perfect! It folds up so small it would fit into carry on luggage, and if you have twins like me, this is excellent, I can put two of these in a carry on back pack and not have to worry about paying extra to check them. Whoever invented this product was not only a genius, but a savior also! Thank you!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently got the Mifold grab-and-go booster seat and love the fact that it is ultra portable and easy to use. Our son is 6 and we're always on the move with school, sports, and travel. It's easy to take the seat with us wherever we go and/or leave it with him in his bag if he's going to go with a friends family in their car. We're heading to Hawaii in the summer and will be traveling with it for sure to avoid having to take a much larger booster seat or rent one. Our son fits in it easily and is secure and safe. Give it a try!
I wanted to love this, I understood the concept that instead of boosting up the child it brings the belt down into correct position. The issue is, with him not being boosted and his knees not hitting the edge of the vehicle seat, his legs stick straight out and don't bend toward the floor. Even if there were room between him and the front seat, it would be uncomfortable and he'd most likely start slouching to get comfortable.
