I love the 256GB of memory. I can have all the apps I want. The high refresh rate makes the phone feel very high end. The size of the phone feels good in my hand. It has a beautiful screen and is very responsive. 5G is so fast. I connected my computer to the phones hotspot and it worked great. The stylus is fun to play with. I'm still learning how to use it. I bought the Motorola brand phone case so the stylus is very easy to access because the holes in the case line up perfectly with it. The audio is nice, calls are very clear. The battery lasts for 2 days. Moto actions are so useful. I don't think I could do without the chop chop flashlight or twist for camera. I feel like this is the best phone out there for the money. If you want a nice phone but don't want to spend a lot, just go ahead and get it. Our family liked the phone so much we bought 3 of them!
I don't think you can get a better phone for the value! I absolutely love this thing. The screen is crisp and sharp, excellent audio, and great photographs. With the stylus and the included software taking notes as a breeze! Great battery life too. I'm turning into a lifelong Motorola fan!!!
This phone is packed with great options. I was surprised, especially based on the price. It's a great phone. Lots of memory and you can extend the memory with an SD card. Very please with the performance. I can even play RAM intensive games and it does great. The visuals are clear and crisp. I am so happy that I found this phone.
I bought this as a backup phone to my Pixel 7. I am happily surprised by the quality of this Motorola. I used to have the Moto X from when they first came out, right up to the Moto X Pure. That phone was the best phone I have ever had with features way ahead of it's time. I liked it even better than my subsequent Pixels 4 and 7. This phone is almost approaching the Moto X in usability and features. I love the extra storage and the headphone jack. It has good refresh rate, ram and storage. It takes good photos,. Not as good as the Pixel but almost! Great bang for the buck! Found a cool case for it.
I bought a pair of these phones during the last sale. One for myself and one for my wife. At the sale price, I don't think there's a better phone available. My last phone was a moto z3. It was a good phone and was still working fine, but it was running android 9 or 10 and wasn't 5g capable. My wife's phone is even older, so I figured it was a good time to get us both upgrades. So far, I couldn't be happier. Everything is working as it should. The sound this phone is capable of is head and shoulders above any of my previous phones! I'm getting close to 2 days of battery life, and recharging is very fast. I am however using a better charger then the one motorola included as it isn't capable of charging the phone at it's quickest. Don't ask me why they didn't include a better charger. I don't use the stylus, and frankly probably never really will, I bought this phone because it's the cheapest moto g that is 5g capable AND supports NFC. That feature (NFC) is something I wish they'd offer in the rest of their moto g lineup. I am not a big camera user, so I'm not the best one to ask about this feature. I have taken a few snapshots and am perfectly happy with the interface and the results. Anyway, love the phone. Does everything I need well and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
I love it! It's so cute. I have had many of the stylus' over the years, I love how this one fits in my hands better. The screen is sharp and fast. No complaints so far.
I've been using it for about a month. All manufacturers' have different quirks in their software. Many things I like about this new phone. Battery life is a little disappointing. It hasn't ran all the way down, but it runs down faster than my old 2 year old phone. It also doesn't wireless charge. That was an assumption on my part. I figured all phones were going to wireless charging. It does have facial and finger print unlock. But I work in a full smock and gloves so I can't use facial or finger print unlock. I wish phone makers would be quicker to jump on wireless charging and no AI. I don't have any need for AI on my phone. All the really smart sciencey people said don't be so quick to adopt AI, so what will we do? Speed the adoption up of course.
I like everything about it but one thing, for some reason they decided to go backwards. It has version 13 software and they eliminated the touch sensitivity for the screen. Now it's fixed and you can't adjust it to your own sensitivity preference. I really dumb thing to do to go backwards and remove features. Why?. I had to try different screen protectors to get one to come close to my normal touch pressure. That's ridiculous.
The Motorola G Stylus 5g is a nice phone. I had a few issues with it while downloading and installing updates. The phone froze for about an hour and then it finally continued installing the updates completely. Other than that one issue, I was very impressed with the phone.
I was very disappointed and sad after my new Motorola G stylus was delivered. first of all I couldn't connect it to the network. second of all I had a bad battery and after 30 minutes of you the battery was half drained. it was completely the opposite of what I expected.
