I have been buying samples from several different brands and this is the best stuff I have tried. I ended up ordering several #10 cans and will buy lots more. I wish they had more staple items. I definitely recommend Mountain House if you want the best tasting food.
Now have more that 10 cans of emergency food plus stuff I have canned. Hopefully I never have to uae it. But, if I do i have it. Also have 4 buckets if vacuumed sealed food stuff that I will rotate into the kitchen pantry to keep fresh. As the basement pantry starts to get low I will restock.
This doesn't need to be dressed up to improve the taste. It's that good! But, if I want variety, I top it with avocado, sour cream, salsa or sweet chili sauce. It also makes a tasty breakfast burrito!
My order of 15 breakfast skillets is put away for food insurance. Mountain house is the best. Is why I keep ordering even after 30 years

It was really good, I wasn't sure what to expect but it surpassed my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to carry a lot of perishable foods with them.
I love the convenience of the pouch meals; I don't love the added sugar and sodium. How about less sodium or ‘salt to taste' ... and I never put sugar in my eggs when I cook at home. That's the only reason I don't eat these on a regular basis. Hope this is helpful.

False advertisement on this order not happy about it at all
This is a fraudulent listing. I purchased this bundled and Walmart switched it from the bundle to a single bag without notifying me. The picture and the description indicate 6 bags of skillet, 6 biscuits and gravy, and 6 granola. I think Walmart should have to honor it but I guess not. Thankfully I was able to cancel before it was delivered.
