I've been using this product for almost a decade because it truly helps reduce the look of dark spots and discoloration. And it keeps my skin healthy and I could tell it I stop using it, so I'm definitely using this for life.
be careful, it acts like a chemical peel for the skin. the first days I did not understand anything and I had skin irritation. but now I am using this tool correctly and am very satisfied! my skin is smoother and healthier. great tool!

I'm a cosmetic junkie & am always looking for great products, regardless the price. THIS product is positively one of the best finds EVER!! My skin has red splotches now and then. After about a week's use at night, there is a noticeable change in overall color as well as smoother texture. I compare this to my experience w/Obagi skincare line. This is much less expensive and works equally well, if not better! Thanks, Neutrogena!
This stuff has worked better than anything else on several dark spots, and splotches on my face, in a short time you see a difference. They are not gone, but improved. I live in the very deep, sunny hot south. I had to walk back and forth to school every day for 9 years of school-- over a mile (because they measure the distance here by the edge of the school yard to the edge of your yard.) I have a lot of sun damage to my skin. The last 3 years of school were even worse with many hours of direct sunlight with no shade in sight on a daily basis. All that said, I have a large number of large damage spots that have come to the surface of my skin. They are dark, and rough in texture. NOTHING has helped them, until now. It is improving the texture and color of them. Also, large splotchy freckles have begun to improve also. I am very fair skinned so this sun damage is very noticeable. I am so glad to find this moisturizer. (I have tried many very expensive products that did not work). While this is pricey for the small bottle, at least it promises to help. A note- when I missed a day of using this - the texture started to get rough and darker again. Guess it is a "for life" deal.
Keeps the brown spots away and your skin smooth. Only need a small amout. The bottle lasts a long time for the price.
I love this product. It helps my skin look fresh in the morning after I use it before I go to bed. The only thing I do not like is the smell. It doesn't bother me as much it does my husband. He dislikes the smell of it. Athought I still use it because it is hard to find products that work well with your skin.
Fast shipping,good deal right now for this stuff. It works really well for me Im 45 and have been using this for awhile now and it makes my skin look smooth,my wrinkles have diminished as well. Only thing is if your not use to the retinol for easy,it does tingle and can make your face red.
After using another night cream for 2 years, I decided to try the lesser expensive rapid tone repair night moisturizer by Neutrogena. Unfortunately, my wrinkles are no better and may be a little worse. Guess I'll have to return to my previous expensive cream, i'm Disappointed.
After washing my face, I put this on my face and it started burning and turned red. I had to get it off. The next day I noticed my skin was dry and flaky where the tone repair burned and had red spots. They were gone after a few days, but I thought Neutrogena would be good on sensitive skin. That's how everything I read sounded. I also bought some anti-aging moisturizers and can't use them either. I am still using the face washing which has been working great for me.
