I received this heater about 1 week ago and it does a great job heating the garage. I like that it can be mounted to a wall and that it includes a remote! Must buy!
Warms 2 car garage from 40 degrees F up to 78 degress within 10 minutes. Great heater!
Impressed so far. Ceiling mounted. The unit raised the temp in my northern climate 3 stall garage 15 degrees in a half hour. The fan is a little loud but does a nice job of circulating air. Really like the remote control feature with time and temp settings. Looking forward to winter time project work in the garage without freezing my hands and feet.

I have had this heater for 2 months and it heats my 300 square foot garage with no insulation without a problem. I live in a very cold area so this thing is a life saver!!
The heater works well and was easy to get set up. I've never had a heater like this before so don't have anything to compare it to, but it's louder than I expected. We wish it was a bit quieter.
This heater does a bang up job of heating up a workspace and has some nice safety features like the tip over protection. The fan in the back is a beast, which is good for circulating air, but it's louder than I'd like. Only other complaint is that the temperature setting needs some debouncing as once the heater has the room up to temp it clicks on and off VERY frequently as opposed to cycling every 5 minutes or the like. Ultimately, it heats up a workspace as expected, and for the price is a good deal.
I can't say that the heater was all that great, it arrived damaged and may have been done due to to shipping. It looked like scratches from the plug. Regardless, the heater only worked on high and only seemed lukewarm. The return processes was above and beyond my expectations. Ingrid was super apologetic and would accommodate anything. I chose to return the item and that went smoothly. I was hoping that the heater worked as hoped and maybe it was just one of those needle in a haystacks that just didn't work. I'd just have to say that the tech support is top notch.
This is really more of a wall or ceiling mounted heater than a freestanding/portable heater. It needs a big 30 amp 240 volt outlet which the average garage probably does not have. I had a 30 amp circuit with 30 amp wiring but a 20 amp outlet used for a small TIG welder, so had to install a 30 amp outlet. Small point, but would be helpful: The mounting instructions should tell you to use the bracket to locate screw holes, drill and install the screws, and attach the bracket to the heater before attaching the bracket to the wall because it is difficult to attach the heater to the bracket once it is on the wall. Operation using the remote is a little complicated and difficult to remember. The operating instructions are on page 9 of a 12 page manual. They should be printed on a separate sheet that could be tacked to the wall until they are memorized -- or even better printed on the side of the heater. All the above notwithstanding, the heater works fine. It did not trip the breaker even running at the same time as a baseboard heater in the room above. The manual does not say what the amperage draw is, just that it should be plugged into a 30 amp outlet.
I have to return heater (unused) because the company's tech support told me that when there is a power outage, the programmed settings of the heater has to be reset. For my application, that would spell disaster as I bought it to heat my greenhouse. I do not want to have my plants freeze if there is a power outage while I'm not home.
