This gum has helped me quit and keeps me off the cancer sticks. This product is awesome!!
Starting chewing the gum and it instantly took away the urge to smoke. The key is to start with the 4 mg then wean your way down to the 2mg.
Spearmint and cinnamon are my 2 favorites. Most often you can't find it in the stores. I always order it online and Walmart has some of the best prices.
This gum is an absolute lifesaver. It has a good taste and delivers the nicotine discreetly!

I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. I wish there had been more steps 4mg, 3mg, 2mg, 1mg? I don't know what would have worked but I know I am not the only person who has struggled.
Wrong flavor was sent. At least it was 4 mg and will do. It is had for me to return or shop so I must order on line.
Product is fine. Wasn't delivered by Fedex. A woman in a Honda Pilot pulled into my driveway and threw it out the window of her car on to the ground. Seriously.
