[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nicorette Nicotine Gun in White Ice Mint has a nice minty flavor. You can freshen your breath while trying to quit. It doesn't have a mediciny taste like I expected, nor does it burn. I've heard some people complain that nicotine gums cause their mouth to feel dry, but I did not find this to be the case with these. I didn't find that I had any different reaction to chewing these than with any other gum.

I don't like chewing gum all day but it beats smoking, and the flavor is much better than others I've tried. I startled quitting by combing this with ecigs, and now mostly just use the gum. Definitely use more when tired/stressed, but those are the same triggers that would've had me smoking in the past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a cigarette smoker more of my life than not, it's been a very hard habit to kick - but I am determined! I usually smoke a pack or more a day but have started supplementing with the Nicorette White Ice gum. Since I usually smoke my first cigarette as soon as I wake up in the mornings, I opted for the 4mg gum. Surprisingly, I felt like the 4 mg was a bit much so I didn't use it very long before I was able to step down to a lower dose. The White Ice flavor wasn't too bad, but it wasn't something I enjoyed, either. But considering what it's purpose is, I don't think I'm supposed to enjoy it. Since starting this gum I've cut my average number of cigarettes per day in half and only smoke about half a pack of day now instead.
