These pads are top quality but a well known brand. I don't have an issue with the quality however I didn't realize that you had to purchase a separate product to use with these pads. These are dry cotton pads and I thought they were individually wrapped and treated to scrub eyelids and that's not the case
This is utter crap! The pads are basically cotton pads and you will be paying ten times the price of regular pads. The package was not even sealed. The pads were in a plastic zip lock bag and also not sealed. I hope I can get a refund.
They are dry, defective, 2nd time!
