Overall my baby has always been a good eater and purper, so I will say he didn't experience any gas from using these nipples. He eats his bottle a little faster with these than the Phillips nipples. Parents choice Wide Neck Silicone Nipples are great. They definitely reduce some air intake most babies get with drinking bottles. There's also minimal leakage from the nipples when baby drops, or rolls it to the side or floor. This is a must for your bottle fed baby!
as a breastfeeding mama, its often difficult to find a nipple that will accommodate a breastfed child but this one does the trick. there's no leaks, the nipple fits well on most bottles, and its something my child is willing to use. I would definitely recommend that other mamas try this one out for their young kiddos.
It's hard to accurately assess baby feeding products, because every baby truly is so, so different. My baby just happens to be used to a smaller nipple, so these didn't work for us, but I can totally see them working great for other baby's out there!
I was very happy and surprised to see that it had a snug fit on my Mam brand bottles without any kind of leakage. They definitely have a fast flow! It chocked him up a few times, but I feel that's only because he's used to having a 4 month flow nipple due to being breastfeed.
