I used these seeds for the sand hill cranes that stop by, turns out the squirrels, bunnies, and other birds love it also. This particular batch has a good mixture of seeds, dried berries
The extra nuts actually prevent waste in my Bird Buddy feeder. With the regular Pennington Wild Bird Seed, the Grackles would knock the smaller seeds out of the feeder tray looking for the larger seeds and nuts which created waste. However, this doesn't happen as much with this type of seed. I plan on subscribing to this particular type since it works so well in our feeder.
I have over 15 different kinds of birds and they all loved it. They cleared it out in under an hour. It was their Easter feast 😹
This is a great mix that offers various nutrition and works with a number of feeders. Theres an equal ratio of different nuts, seeds and fruit. My cardinal amd finch visitors seem to love it. And I love watching them.
The birds love this mix. Blue jays and cardinals flock to it as well as all the little birds. Pair it with a bag of the shelled peanuts and your bird feeder will be a huge hit.
Used this in my small feeder/ have a male Cardinal %26 his mate, a bunch of chickadees,a red capped small woodpecker, %26 a beautiful green finch that visit daily.Plus a blue jay.Am glad this food attracts so many different birds.Love it.
Nice mix, the cardinal male will feed from my feeder in the mango tree outside my window. He then feeds his mate beak to beak and it is so fun to watch. They must find it to be amazing because they come every day now and give me a little show!

I have not attracted any birds with this seed yet, though that may have more to do with my location. However, I would like to say don't let this feed over spill into grass. I overfilled my bird feeder and weeds popped up around the area. The weeds are an invasive species.
........again, paid way too much for this spoiled bird seed. I found clumps of what look like clumping cat litter in the bag and they're wet clumps. It's in pre-mold condition. Ordered 1-18 received 1-23 and opened today after stored at room temp or slightly below
