The Phone Soap UV sanitizer is seriously the coolest thing! I've always wondered how to best kill germs on my fancy phone, and didn't really like having to use cleaning wipes on it. The Phone soap UV sanitizer saves the day! It is super cool, and uses ultraviolet light (and no heat) to disinfect items placed it it. I've been able to place all sorts of small things in it, like remote controls, small kid's toys and my phone. It has a light on top that tells you when it's on, but is otherwise completely silent. A cycle takes about 10 minutes, and it turns off when it's done. It is such a great invention, and I really like mine. I would definitely recommend it!
WOW! I absolutely love the PhoneSoap 3 and I am so glad I own one! The name is deceiving because you absolutely do not need it for just phones. I literally use this on anything that will fit! While it is designed to fit a cell phone, I have sanitized every cell phone in my house, jewelry, keys, sunglasses, smartwatch, to name a few. I do not think people realize how many germs and how much bacteria lie on your cell phone; it is disgusting. But, no need to worry about that anymore because the PhoneSoap takes care of all of that! It is super easy to use, just plug it in, place your item inside, close it and wait 15 minutes. The unit will light when sanitizing and the light will turn off when it is done. 100% safe and effective and all done by light; no liquid or harsh chemicals. You can even keep your phone plugged in to charge while it sanitizes. This is such an excellent product I plan to purchase and give as gifts around the holidays...people will love this!
You just trust that it works, there is no way to actually know. Great idea. Easy to use. It is nice that you can charge your phone while you clean it. Also cleans other items…keys, remotes, anything that is small and germy.
The PhoneSoap 3 is a great way to sanitize your phone and keys. Electronics are hard to sanitize, the PhoneSoap 3 makes it easy. It sanitizes 360 degrees. It also allows you to charge your phone while the UV-C light sanitizes.
The PhoneSoap 3 looks like a tanning bed for cell phones. I like to charge my cell phones on my work desk so can check the progress of charging. I have know idea if the bacteria's or viruses are gone.
This product is vital in our househole before covid, during and will be after! As a registered nurse and a mother of 3 active kids our cell phones are exposed to germs from everywhere. This is so much easier then wiping down the phone after very exposure. So my teenage son knows as soon as he's home from the skatepark cell goes in the box! Thanks otterbox!
i bought this earlier this month (it came sooner than i expected too) and i love it. i was worried about leaving it in too long somehow, but luckily it turns off by itself after the ten minute period. very easy to use; i just pop it in when i get back home and it's done!
I like the design. Seems well made and sturdy. There were 2 things that were negatives though. The inside is a little small. Fits my phone, but not my earbuds case and other bigger things I'd like to sanitize, unlike other sanitizers. The other thing I didn't realize when purchasing was that it was not a wireless charger. You have to plug it in to a cord that can go inside with it. This was also disappointing since other sanitizers also charge wirelessly. I guess PhoneSoap does make a version with wireless charging though.
Couldn't fit keys without taking apart. Pay attention to dimensions and measure things because if it's close it will not work.
Sleek looking product that seems to do what it describes. Some recommendations for improvement: -On/Off switch so that you can open the device to retrieve your phone, then close the lid without it cycling for another 10 minutes -Make the device a bit deeper. It can be challenging trying to fold-up an Apple watch for disinfection. Also, one of our phones has a Otter box case with a pop socket on the back. This makes it so the lid only stays shut if we rest something on top of it. Adding a clasp to help keep lid closed would help with this. Overall happy with the product!
