This scent is so unique, definitely smells like summer in such a luxurious way. This is one of the more feminine smelling unisex perfumes but not too girly at all. I wish they would spend more time on their packaging as my label had a couple large creases/bubbles in it
I love all four of the fragrances I purchased, this is a beautiful fragrance although light it also leaves a noticeable trail; very feminine but not overly so. I'm a big Tom Ford fan & this is inspired by Soleil Blanc...I think it's just as wonderful.
It smells amazing. It has a floral scent and I think I smell a little bit of a fruity scent as well. It's perfect for any event or just keeping it casual. It's not overpowering and it works for anybody. I like it and my friends like it, too. It's definitely going to be one of my go-to perfumes. The packaging is beautiful. It would be great as a gift for yourself or someone else.
Wow! This is such a grown up coconut scent!! It's bright and energetic & smells sophisticated. I love Tom Ford, but not his prices!! This is an accurate enough dupe for his Soleil Blanc, which is wonderful!! This is long lasting, but you might want a touch up if you're going out in the evening. I can still smell it on me in the morning. It's just amazing how "right" these perfumes are!! The coconut part does fade a tiny bit, it's strongest at first, but it is a major note, I'm wondering why some people in reviews can't smell it? Maybe they already had nose burn out, from smelling too many perfumes that day, or had Covid? Anyway, it's a wonderful sunny and beachy, but very refined, perfume!! This would make a great gift for a girlfriend/friend, it is not headache inducing & doesn't bother my allergies.
The quality is amazing I just don’t care for the scent on its own. I have never smelled the Tom Ford version but after watching many reviews on this scent I just don’t think the smell lives up to the hype. It smells good layered with other scents, just not a personal favorite.
This isn't my favorite of my dossier perfume, but it's still good! I can't compare it to the original, but I thought it would be a warm scent judging by the notes, and it's definitely cool. It smells like a brisk day at the beach, not a sunny bright one. If you're into that, you'll love this. It's a nice solid unisex perfume. I like it a lot more if I layer it with other scents, and I've gotten a few compliments on it. It's also very versatile, you could wear this out in the daytime casually, or you could dress it up. It's not an overwhelming scent at all.
I’m new to the scent world, but I love anything fresh or smells like the ocean. Bought several perfumes from Dossier after hearing about the company online. Loved the price and return policy. The smell of Floriental Coconut is great- it smells like a nice sunblock without being overpowering, with just a slight floral hint. Only reason I didn’t give this fragrance 5 stars is because it doesn’t last all day. I’ve worn other perfumes from “designer” companies that last into the next day. On the bright side, for the money I paid and the amount of perfume I got, I can’t complain!
This was my least favorite out of the scents that I ordered. I have never smelled the original, so I don't have commentary around how similar this one is (but Dossier is usually spot on so this review isn't about that!) This scent is very bougie which is not really my style. As someone with a minimal routine (light makeup, casual clothes, outdoorsy) this scent is too fancy. The best way I can describe it is if you go to an expensive beach dayclub on vacation with full makeup and hair done, then this scent would be perfect for that. It's not a BAD smell by any means (though some people don't like the sunscreen aspect of it) -- just wanted to give a sense of what type of vibe this scent is!
I love fruity and gourmand type scents so I was really disappointed that I did not like the Floriental Coconut or the Floriental Brown Sugar because the scent notes and the name themselves sounded so delicious. I really wanted to and tried my hardest to like them but the floral notes are just too overpowering giving me that (for lack of better words) "old lady in church" smell. I submitted a refund for those two fragrances and it was approved the next day with the return label
I recently purchased this sent along with three others. All of the scents were spot on. The only the only gripes that I have is that the smell doesn't last, it seems as if no one can smell it other than me, and I consider myself a heavy sprayer (10-15 pumps.)
