I purchased this to increase the water that my family drinks. when we set it up it started leaking. My husband lookied it up and had to tighten the lid on machine. It has worked fine ever since.
Bought this in response to the Algae problems with our tap water. No problem with a noisy motor as some of the other posts described. They must have fixed that. Love the convenience of the bottom fill! I'm 62 and can do it myself-super easy! I've only had it a month, but would definitely recommend!
I am very happy with my purchase. I especially like the color of the unit which is a black pearlized color. I like the faster flow of water and the night light which my last unit did not have or do.
I love the bottom load water cooler. I loved it so much that I bought a second one for my office. The price was cheaper than the club stores. Great idea. No more spilling water. Water is nice and cold.
Love this product. The only problem was that the coupons were expired that were included with the product. I would of loved to have to taken advantage of this perk, but alas I was not able to.
Before purchasing this product I read previous reviews. I was on the fence, however, for the price and features I was sold on it .. Here is my review: 1- it arrived on time 2- when I first set it up I was dissatisfied because the red light wouldn't stop blinking after I put in a full 5 gallon bottle of water and I couldn't figure out why. So I called the toll free number and Richard help me out tremendously. Due to shipping and handling the top inside the cooler came loose and when I set the brand new bottle inside the cooler , water started coming out like a waterfall.. But I followed the instructions from customer service (Richard) and I have not had a problem since. I was compensated for the brand new water bottle and provided with an addition coupon. I am really enjoying my new investment. Thank you Primo.
The product is easy to use. Not being able to lift the heavy water bottles is not a problem with this product. I can just slide the bottle in and it is ready. I like the fact that I can either use a 5-gallon or a 3-gallon bottle of water in this machine.
Great product but a hose must have come off during shipping. Filled the reserve tank up before I noticed and water went everywhere. So if you get it I suggest you unscrew the top and make sure all hoses ate connected. Also a bit noisy. But very nice and works well.
I like this unit except for the leak I got at the very beginning when the bottle was empty. there were no diagrams to show how to remove tanks to clean them as recommended.
After our last cooler stopped cooling, my husband and I decided to purchase this one from Walmart.com. I was worried that it may arrive damaged but I ordered it anyway. Although it arrived intact and it heats and cools great, the sound that came from it was beyond irritating! Before realizing what the sound was, I heard it and thought that someone had started there car in the kitchen! WHAT!!! Needless to say we have decided to return it. We ordered a different cooler from Walmart.com and hopefully no issues. TBC...
