These are great! Now if only you could get them to the purchaser faster than two and a half weeks!
I've been using ProFoot arch supports for the past couple of years. I wear Skechers which within the past year or two have cemented their insoles into the shoe. Prior to that, I would remove them and insert a custom orthotic. My next best option was to buy these arch supports which give me the arch support I need while being cushioning my feet. These come with some adhesive dots which you are supposed to peel away and stick to the bottom of the support which I haven't been able to get to work. So, I just use a spot of glue to attach them to the insole and keep them from slipping around.
I love these things as they are comfortable and convenient. Profoot has decided to change the name on these and double the price though. Too bad. They were around $4.00 but are now $7.62 and called "Planter Fasciitis". Same exact product.

I keep a few pair of these around instead of switching from shoe to shoe. They fit great, feel great, and last a long long time! The price is certainly right.
I've used these arch supports for 14 years now and have recommended to many friends in the entertainment industry to enhance their company provided costume footwear. I buy them by the dozen because of the great product and great price.
I work at a Chiropractic office and these inserts are the best our Doctor has found. They are recommended to patients. And, the patients love them.
I have bought two pair of these before and they worked so well that I bought this pair for other shoes. An excellent product and an excellent price.
I've used these for the last 7 years and haven't found anything better in support and comfort yet. It's extremely aggravating how fast the blue covering starts to peel off though. It's the only reason I have to replace them.
Product was correct in terms of quantity ordered and description...just took longer than expected to arrive.
