Great price box was damaged in shipping but food was intact
I eat oatmeal nearly daily at lunch as it's an economical, reduced calorie and healthy way to stick to a diet plan while at work. I've tried multiple off-brand varieties as well as Quaker's and concluded that for consistent great taste, texture, mixability with water, and cost that the Quaker product is hands-down the best option, even if you have to pay 50% more for the product. The only reason I ordered it online is because the store is always out of the lower sugar variety. Wonderfully, it's only about 20% more expensive than the generic equivalent (which tastes good but does not match the taste, texture, and flavor of the Quaker version).
Recently I've fallen in love with oatmeal and these little cups are just perfection. They are so convenient, you just grab & go. You just add hot water & it's ready in 2 minutes. They are also the perfect size.
Box has "Best If Used By" dated May 13 23 L 1 14 with Apr-22, MIT 70812045 4/22. The brown sugar in all bags was a solid clump, that did not dissolve in boiling hot water even after 15 minutes. We managed to use the high fiber oatmeal, but this was not the quality expected of Quaker.
Supposed to be four High Fiber Instant Oatmeal boxes - Received three and one regular box. Part of an order for twelve boxes, and the other eight boxes were five High Fiber Instant Oatmeal and three Gluten Free boxes. Only got 66% of the order right.
Item arrived smashed. Three boxes were shipped in a plastic bag. Not suitable for transport through a shipping system. Boxes were crushed and oatmeal was ripped open. Walmart shipping issue, not FedEx.
this was almost expired. It hat a Nov. 10, 2020 expiration date
two boxes I received were inedible but when I tried to process a return the website wanted me to return them. I don't know why they would want me to return opened packages of food. I opened one the brown sugar was solidified so hard it would not melt properly in the microwave as usual. I then opened another package.. the same. I then inspected each package. So I had to open each individual to see if they were the same. They were all the same! So, it was pointless to send back opened packets of food to them. I wasted money buying from them. I like ordering from Target because If I receive a damaged item whether non-food or food item they do not want me to send it back. They process your return. NO PROBLEMS.
This product is very good. However the last shipment I received Jul 27, 2023 | Order%23 200011137063722 | contained packets that had a big hard lump of the Maple and sugar (see photo). Also when I requested a return, I was only allowed to return 2 boxes (8 packets each), but all of my order of FOUR boxes (8 packets each) were bad in the same way (determined by squeezing the packets in all four boxes.
It was all Opened oatmeal everywhere be careful buying oatmeal bc it had gotten wet and the oatmeal was hard and pkgs were opened
