Expensive, but high quality

I've had my Nari Ultimate headset for approximately a year now and use them daily for both work and personal listening. I spend approximately 4 hours per day (or more if I'm gaming) with these on my head, and my hair usually has a flat spot where they've been sitting to show for it. The design is pretty durable. Big plus for someone as clumsy as me not to break them. I've gone through a lot of headsets, but these are holding up very well. Unlike most headsets, I don't mind wearing these for long periods of time. I have big ears and the oversized earcups fit comfortably. My head doesn't sweat while wearing these either, which is a definite plus. The ear cups fit snugly against my head, blocking out most exterior sound, allowing me to get immersed in whatever I'm doing. It also prevents other people from hearing whatever I'm listening to - I can play Call of Duty in bed while my wife is trying to sleep without disturbing her. The microphone is very sensitive and picks up lots of outside noises even with the Ambient Noise Reduction on. My wife was sanding my fireplace to paint and I was in another room approximately 30 feet away. My coworker heard the sandpaper sound. Normal sounds such as breathing and wind are dampered which is nice. As I mentioned before, I use this headset when I game. I use the headset with the aux cord to connect to my Xbox Controller and it sounds great, but for some reason there is a slight echo from my microphone back to other players despite having headphones on. If you're an Xbox gamer and have an option, either pick up the Nari for Xbox One so it works wirelessly, or skip it and buy a more reasonably priced surround sound headset. The battery life on these is pretty awesome, I can go 4-8 hours without needing to charge them, sometimes more. I played through Dead Space last night clocking just under 8 hours of playtime, and was still able to use them on a conference call for a couple hours this morning. The one major flaw, and potentially a deal breaker for most, is in the wireless connection...there doesn't appear to be an option to replace the USB dongle (about an inch wide and long) if you lose or break the one that came with it. According to Razer's support site you can get another by going to their RazerCare website, but the page where it used to be was taken down and it's no longer listed as a product available for purchase. This is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5.

Amazing Headset Overall

Ive had mine for about a year now. Best headset Ive ever owned hands down. The hynaptic feedback is something else and once youve used it its hard to go back. You will need to adjust the sound settings within Synapse 2 to get great quality (there are plenty of suggested settings to use online along with some default ones already available) but once that is done its sounds excellent. Only issue Ive had is odd occasional synapse errors that require a restart and s hardware issue that occured with the dongle after the first two months. Razer support provided me a new headset however and Ive had no further hardware issues so far with the new one. Its expensive but worth it in my opinion.

Huge letdown

The Razer Nari Ultimate. I had very high hopes. Well, I was majorly let down. The haptic feedback sounded awesome but it's a terrible feature. It shakes your eye and makes your vision blurry. As far as all around sound quality I very much not impressed as well. The low bass sounded crackly. Maybe I got a faulty headset? IDK. I'm returning the headset and trying a different brand.

Most expensive $20 headset, $200 can buy.

The best $200 I have spent on a $20 pair of headphones. The haptic feedback is kind of cool, but also distracting and annoying at times. Only way to change it's settings are on PC with their horrible Synapse software. They go through their battery in about an hour, and now on day 4 of ownership, they no longer charge. DO NOT BUY this is my second set from the Nari family in 6 months.

Worst I have ever owned.

Most expensive and worst headphones I've ever bought. Use Windows 10 now, drivers still do not work properly. Headphones cannot successfully produce bass sounds. Drop them to feet off a desk onto carpeting, ear pad fell off. It is impossible to put it back on the earpiece. Will require gluing. There are no instructions how to replace ear pads that I've fallen off of this device.
