My 5 year old son loves it
The bike is great for my 8 year old he loves it and the weight limit is good too but also my 8 year old weighs only about 58 pounds but it also doesn't stay charged very long maybe like a hr or 2 before it starts to slow down 2 hrs is really pushing it but over all for the price its a really great buy especially for beginners and its also kind of smaller than what I thought but it ended up being ok it fitted him perfect and he is about 4ft tall
I bought this for my 6 year old. He weighs about 50 lbs. He couldn't ride a bike without training wheels but he learned quick with this. 1 day is all it took. It lasted a little over an hour before it started slowing down. Its perfect speed wise until he gets a little more experienced. It doesn't go well uphill without a running start. We do drive it in the grass tho. Assembly was quick and easy. I wouldn't give this to a child over 7 even though it says ages 7 . My child is kinda small. It was perfect for him and he loves it.
bought this for my 7 year old who weighs around a hundred pounds he is in love with it ride so fast I bought him a gas power one last year and he kind of wrecked it into a trash can and has been scared to drive it ever since bought this thinking it would be slower he just took off
Perfect as described. Yes it is small but based on what safe and easy you want to keep it for your kids , it may work for you to have your kids motorbiking fun I see it works almost ok for 50 in tall and within given weight limit
This little bike fits my six year old perfectly. It only goes 8mph so it's the perfect speed for a beginner to learn to balance on a motorbike. He handles it really well. I will be buying the next size up for his 8 year old sister because she loves to ride it as well, but it's a bit small and slow for her.
after a purchase was canceled after 12 hours, just one hour before pick up at the stores three days later Wal-Mart warehouse came through and delivered a second purchase attempt. I am going to be a happy grandpa "santa" this year. The product looks like everything it was pictured to be on the website.
This is definitely not for 7 years and older. Made for a 3-5 year old for size and weight. It says it recommends 40-80lbs for a rider with a max of 110. My 5 year old is small at 42lbs. He can only ride the bike on the pavement because it doesn't have enough power to ride over smooth grass. It says it goes up to 8 mph but it runs extremely slow. It's a good practice bike for him to learn on. His 6 year old brother is too big for it. He's larger than an average 6 year old but less than 80lbs. Even height wise he is really tall for it. It barely goes with his weight, which is still in the recommended optimum weight. It won't last long, even for the 5 year old. Don't recommend buying this for anyone over 5 years old or more than 45lbs. Don't plan on riding it anywhere other than smooth concrete either. Originally we were going to buy two but they didn't have another one in stock and glad we didn't because it would have been a waste. Really disappointed.
Too slow, almost stops rising on grass. Cannot go up medium hills, pretty disappointed. Thought it would be just a little better of a bike for our 5 year old. He enjoys is, but it's not enough for him. Not even close. I don't feel like it gets to even 5 mph
I originally wrote a positive review, because its awesome for what it is. My 3 year old loved it and outgrew it in 2 months. She rides a 16 inch bicycle so you can get an idea of her size. The bad: after 2 months the battery would not hold a charge for longer than 8 minutes. I timed it because one day it stopped running within like 15 minutes. I looked at my wife and asked her how long our daughter had been going for, because it seemed really short. We charged it up fully then I timed it resulting in only 8 minutes of short-lived great fun! I cant return it because its outside the 30 day window. Just be warned the batteries are crap and do not last long. What can you expect...its cheap Walmart quality. Our extended family has a razor scooter and the same thing happened. So I replaced the batteries on that one which is not worth the cost for going out so fast! If it lasted at least a year or more then it would be worth buying a new battery and replacing it.
