The product was new and it is fast, excellent product.
I tried this tablet as I thought it would be cool to have the ability to catch live local sports or news while out and about or sitting in an airport waiting for a flight. The TV works great as I live in Indianapolis, a relatively flat area and I can pick up lots of stations around town. The tablet works like it should, very responsive, nice graphics, etc. The memory is average for this screen size but I would like it to have more so pages could load faster. Overall a good value, nice product.
I was excited to get this for my birthday. But having this product less then a month I put the usb cord in it to charge it, the usb connector went down inside tge tablet and I can't charge it. I called the rca people and I told them I had important videos and photos inside. They told me if I send tablet/tv back they can't save or transfer my videos/pics to a new tv/tablet. And I know it's not true. But I just want a new new new 7 inch Tablet pc & HDTV or all my money back asap. The tv works great, the tablet works great and I put apps on it too. Please correct this now- thank you.
I was looking for a small replacement TV for our kitchen table. This item looked promising. However, the reception was poor for our area. This tablet includes a tiny & fragile extending antenna, which probably is sufficient if the tablet is used in a city. Unfortunately, the tablet does not include an antenna connector (for an external antenna). So this product was no good for my use.
