I was so happy with this phone, . It lets me do things my older iPhone would not. I like that it came with charger and earbuds
It was difficult to activate because I tried to unlock it. Once I called sprint to activate on my existing contract there were no issues. Phone works flawlessly. It looks brand new. Comes with new headphones and a charger.
Was a little uncertain if I should buy a refurb phone or new. The price savings on the cost of the phone, plus the added monthly cost of upgrade fees thru the carrier is what persuaded me. Took it to the local Sprint Store. They inserted a card, updated the device, and away I went with no extra costs or fees. Phone works great to date.
The refurbished phone looks and works fine. Unlike some sites that offer 'refurbished' iPhones which are basically scratch and dents, this one does not have any blemish or signs of use. So far, it's working fine. The only thing I am unhappy about is the camera. The white balance is off and the images look bleached. I am not sure if there is any way to tweak it.
Love it , this is our second iPhone from Walmart , thought there was a catch but nope just a great deal !
I highly recommend this product, I received my product sooner then expected the phone is in excellent condition comes with a new charger and headset. The phone was extremely easy to activate, it does not come with a SIM card but that was to be expected. Overall I am extremely happy with the product. It works great!!!
Its very good, good condition and work very well I love it
The phone itself was in good condition except for it needing a lot of updating. However it did not come with the SIM card in the box or phone and it should of since it was a Sprint locked phone. Even had the SIM card # on box, so we were unable to activate it on Christmas day. Had to go to 2 different Sprint stores the next day and since it came from Walmart and it was their mistake I had to pay for SIM card. I was told it would be ready to go on Christmas day. Extra time, money, and gas. Not to mention the disappointment on Christmas day. Like I said though the phone seems to be in good condition.
The shipping was great, the phone itself was acceptable, but the BIG issue is that this phone had an unpaid balance with Sprint! Was going to activate on Freedom Pop, but couldn't because of the balance with Sprint. Sprint could not look up an account without a phone number so had to return. We had already bought a glass screen protector too! Sucks that this happened...Only saving grace was the manager at Walmart was able to refund our money and also refunded us for the screen protector we bought at Best Buy...he didn't even hesitate to do this because he understood the phone was worthless and the screen protector could not be removed.
It was a big disappointment. Took to Sprint store to activate, but the wifi button didn't work and the turn-on button also is defective... I'm returning the item and would recommend buying a new one! Really bad experience!
