Works fast to bring your blood glucose back up to where it needs to be.
Very convenient to have on hand especially for late night sugar drops. Good flavor.
They taste good, I keep mine in the refrigerator so they will be cold.

As a type 1 diabetic i sometimes experience a low blood sugar. I use these shots in such an instance. They react quickly and I may only need a half dose. I like that they are portable and I carry them with me at all times.
Works quicker and better than the glucose tablets I usually use
My son (10) has Type 1 Diabetes. We're still fighting highs and lows as we try to get his A1C under control. This brings his blood sugar levels up quickly when he's drops. It's just a quick fix as it shoots up very high, but drops fairly quickly afterward.
These glucose shots are only available at our local Walmart. Our granddaughter-a Type 1 diabetic-has been relying on these to control her blood sugar. She likes the taste, particularly the pomegranate. Our only concern is that inventory of any flavor is often unavailable.
The taste of both the liquid and the tablets are gross. When you're really bad off then they are, of course, acceptable but if you're short of VERY desperate, they are hard to tolerate, esp the second time since you know what is coming. However, they are the only brand you can get with Food Stamps and that is a huge consideration.
