Have always had excellant results when calling in my remington items into spectrum brands co great people to deal with. I have been using Remington electric shavers for over 60 years. I've tried other brands but always went back to remington. I even used it thru my AIR FORCE years of service. Am a satisfied user of remington.
My order for shaver screens and cutters was perfect in every way. I typically execute the identical order once each year and the results are always the same! Thank you...
The screens and blades were just as I ordered. They were shipped promptly, but delivery was delayed due to weather. This was not Remington's fault. I was disappointed that the old screen developed a hole in it, in less than a year. I am very careful with my razor and always keep the guard on when it is not in use.
Replacement razor head is working great so far. Really wanted to continue to be able to use this razor because it works with or without the cord ! Most of the new razors won't do that.
i tried to look for it at the store but i didn't find it know i got it thru the app and got it I'm very satisfied
One of the screens keep popping out then I got to push it back in
This shaver seems to be made well, but the heads do not last very long until they need replacing. There must be another material that could be used to make the heads last longer.
When I received the replacement head, I could see it was smaller then the original factory head. It does not give a good shave as a new product should. I did not return it, too much hassel.
Reasonably priced, but defective. Had to return.
