I have a old septic system and the toilet wasn't flushing very well. Bought this and after the 1st treatment the difference was amazing! Now I always have a box and I treat once a month. Such a relief since I thought I needed my system cleaned! Very good product.
After 10 years of having a septic system not flushed out, I finally flushed it. It was only $300 but Red I think has a lot to do with the fact that I'm not doing it so often the last guy who came smelly Shelly said put eggs in there and he was right there he won't see him that much. In fact he's gone out of business now had to get somebody else. It was really good though, but Riddick is.
We always have to live in the country away from the hustle and bustle of city living. We always keep a good supply of Rid-Ex for the septic tank system to “keep the flow going”😂. I won't go into detail what that means…I just know it's gotta flow. It's a very good product that's been around for many years and not very pricey as some.
I've been using this since 2015, when we got our mobile home outside of our city's limits which required us to get a septic tank for our plumbing system. I've had no complaints.
I love Ridx but I was sent Swiffer power mop pads instead. I had to make a special trip to FedX to send wrong product back and go buy my RidX. Should not have to make up for someone else's mistake.
I accidentally clogged my septic system by using a roll of double-ply, too soft and thick toilet paper. I bought 36 rolls of the stuff from Costco, who recently "upgraded" their regular Kirkland brand t.p. from septic-safe to ultra cloth-like. I just wasn't thinking, since I've been buying that brand for over 20 years and just got in the habit. I started putting the toilet paper in a plastic bag instead of flushing it. A week ago, I used Rid-X from Walmart.com which helped clear it out, although I still have to flush twice in the mornings. Plan to give it another application in a couple of weeks. I live in a very remote place and will buy the correct, thin 1-ply t.p. next time I get to civilization. I hope I've solved my problem and don't have to pay hundreds of dollars that I don't have to pump the darn septic out.
have not tried it yet but it came open in a baggie
When I opened the shipping box that displayed no hint of the damaged box of product. The packing materials gave me a false sense that everything was fine. Product had poured out into the shipping box from holes that went all the way through the RidX box. I have pictures of the damaged RidX box and of the undamaged shipping box. with labels.
This product works well just will not recommend ordering for walmart pick-up. They taped up the box and still had wasted product in the bag with other products in the same bag. Better to shop for products like this yourself inside store. I usually don't read reviews but this was disappointing.
Watch out! There were bugs in this product!! I was surprised when I opened Walmart delivery box. This product box has many tiny holes and living bugs.
