[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the fact that the Samsung 3400 Series Washer is so quiet. My first time using the machine I had to go back and double check to make sure it was on because it was so quiet. LOL! The last time I used a washing machine that you could actually see your closes being washed was when I would go to the laundromat, and I really like that I can see my clothing get washed. It helps me recognize if I need to use more or less detergent the next time I do a similar load. I like the fact that I can select the water level that is something that was missing from my old machine. I have done quite a few loads since purchasing the machine however, I have not received notification that is need to self-clean yet. I hope to provide an updated review on that process. I have a lot of king sized comforter and it would be better to have a little more room in the machine for them. But it does not bang like my old machine so that is a plus. I like the little music at the end of the cycle not a loud generic buzzer sound. I would recommend this washing machine I can use pod, liquid, or powder detergent and best of all my clothes are clean when they come out.

I actually had to look in through the window to make sure it had filled up with water because it was so quiet compared to my last washer. The interface is very easy to use and makes it a breeze to switch between programs. They washer and dryer look very nice side by side and the clothes come out perfectly clean every time. I never have to re-rinse the clothes. We have a toddler so are constantly washing his messy clothes. The Active Water Jet allows the washer to effectively and efficiently clean out all of the spills and stains on his clothing without us having to pre-clean it at all. I am truely amazed at how clean our clothes come out each time. Also the large capacity for the washer helps us just wash everything in one load rather then the two loads we had to do with our old washer. It is truly one of our best appliance investments!

The soft close lid works miracles when I'm trying to put a load in late night. It leaves my clothes nice and clean!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad to get a new washing machine and dryer! I have to admit, my old Maytag duo did a decent job for us for the past 20 years. But it was due time for a new pair. My new Samsung washer and dryer are most certainly an UPGRADE in every sense of the word! What I like most of the washer is its capacity – 4.5 cu-ft. I'm finally able to wash large blankets and heavy loads without the washer stopping in mid-cycle. In addition, my blankets (among other items) don't get tangled anymore because it doesn't have an agitator in the middle of the washing basin (which my old washer had). Moreover, it has tons of settings that make washing amazingly easy, e.g. Normal, Heavy Duty, Deep Wash, Quick Wash, etc. Another nice feature is the “Active Waterjet” which allows you to pretreat clothes before washing. Needless to say, my new appliance does an excellent job washing and cleaning, and it also does it quietly. I can't say enough about my new Samsung Washer and Dryer! They both have a galore of features and they are very pleasing to the eye. After using these appliances for the past three months, I can honestly tell you that not all washers and dryers are made equal, but these two appliances certainly set the bar high!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first off, i fell in love with the active waterjet function as it lessens time need when pre-washing hard stained or handwashing delicate clothes. the button placement on the lower right is very accessible and the control panel is very much self-explanatory with “self clean” and “spin only” added on cycle selector versus my old washer. our laundry room is adjacent to my home office and it never bugs me at all as i can barely hear the noise while it's operating.

The Samsung Active Waterjet Smartcare comes with 7 different settings with 10 different levels to choose from when selecting washing levels. Also when you press the power button 7 settings to choose from which also includes a timer. The washer is also not like the old washers. Where you pour the detergent in the front top of the machine. It actually comes with 3 different sections where Liquid bleach you pour it at the top left corner of the machine. There's a pull out drawer for the detergent and softener where you add everything at once instead of coming back when the cycle starts for it. Thanks #SamsungInsiders for this opportunity

I had an old but reliable washer for 20 years when it started to decline. I was hesitant to get a new washer but knew the time had come. I am a Samsung product fan and knew that I would purchase a Samsung washing machine. The barrel in this washer is HUGE! It actually fits 2 full loads as compared to my old washing machine. The ability to personalize each load with its many features makes this machine feel royal! :) The jet stream is something I never thought I needed and now cannot live without. My clothes seem cleaner and I am doing less laundry as this machine hold so many clothes! I highly recommend to anyone who is considering a new washing machine.
The day we had this unit delivered we washed a few loads and on the 3rd load it started sending error messages and flashing red, it wouldn't spin and it became extremely HOT! My husband could barely touch the motor. We immediately called to return it. When it would work it did great tho.
